Kabar baik tak hentinya diterima oleh kampus konservasi UNNES. Awal kinerja yang patut diacungi jempol. Berbagai program datang silih berganti. Diantaranya yang cukup bergengsi adalah Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat di Badan Usaha Milik Negara (PMMB BUMN), program ini diinisiasi Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI).

Jumat (21/2) di ruang 405 Gedung Rektorat, Sekaran. Wakil Rektor Bidang Kerja Sama dan Perencanaan Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Agus Nuryatin MHum bersama Kepala Bagian Kerja Sama UNNES Drs Adhi Setyanto MPd membuka kegiatan pelepasan dan penerimaan mahasiswa Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat batch 1 2020. Sembilan mahasiswa juga menerima sertifikat industri dan sertifikat kompetensi yang diserahkan oleh Prof Dr Agus Nuryatin MHum.

“Menuju Kampus Merdeka dan menindak lanjuti Mendikbud untuk memberi peluang mahasiswa untuk mencari pengalaman kerja lebih banyak. Unnes Sangat mendukung kegiatan ini” ungkap Wakil Rektor Kerja Sama dan Perncanaan Prof Dr Agus Nuryatin MHum.

Kabag Kerja Sama Drs Adhi Setyanto MPd menambahkan bahwa UNNES telah mengikuti PMMB sejak 2018. Sedikitnya sudah 150 mahasiswa mengkuti magang di BUMN. Mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program PMMB akan langsung diterima sebagai karyawan di perusahaan tersebut, diantaranya PT. KAI, Perum Jasa Tirta, dan PT Pupuk Sriwijaya. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang sudah mengikuti program PMMB juga akan mendapatkan Sertifikat Industri dan Sertifikat Kompetensi.
