Banyak Siswa Kesulitan Mendaftar, Unnes Hadir Lakukan Sosialisasi

Ternyata, masih banyak siswa yang kesulitan melakukan pendaftaran jalur masuk Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes).

Tidak tinggal diam, Unnes pun hadir ke sejumlah sekolah untuk melakukan sosialisasi, yaitu Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN), Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN), dan Seleksi Mandiri Unnes (SM Unnes).

Menurut Ketua Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Unnes, Dr Abdurrahman MPd, kegiatan yang salah satunya berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Comal Kabupaten Pemalang tersebut sebagai upaya memperhatikan murid agar memiliki kesempatan mengikuti seleksi masuk Unnes.

Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga merupakan respon terhadap sejumlah kebingungan kepala sekolah dan siswa atas pendaftaran Unnes.

“Tentunya dengan harapan nantinya tidak ditemukan siswa yang dirugikan karena tidak ikut seleksi masuk Unnes,” ujar Abdurrahman, di Aula SMA Comal, Selasa (8/3).

Abdurrahman menyatakan, dari sosialisasi itu terungkap jika masih banyak siswa yang belum tahu benar cara mengisikan pilihan masing-masing.

Oleh karena itu, lanjutnya, Unnes akan selalu menyediakan diri untuk melakukan pendampingan bagi sekolah yang memerlukan.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Abdurrahman juga menyinggung pendaftaran SNMPTN yang akan ditutup pada Sabtu, (12/3) pukul 22.00 WIB.

“Di luar batas itu, peserta yang belum melakukan pendaftaran maupun finalisasi secara otomatis gugur,” kata Ketua LP3.

Untuk SBMPTN, Abdurrahman menjelaskan tata cara pengisian borang pendaftaran baru akan dimulai tanggal 18 April.

Adapun pendaftaran online SM Unnes akan dimulai 1 Juni sampai dengan 14 Juli 2016, “kecuali pendaftaran SM Unnes S1 Jalur Prestasi yang akan berakhir 18 Maret besok,” pungkasnya.
