Balai Pertemuan Warga Tambakrejo Diserahterimakan

Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menyerahkan Balai Pertemuan Warga hasil pelaksanaan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Pertamina kepada warga Tambakrejo, Tanjungmas, Semarang Utara, Kamis (8/5).

Peresmian dilakukan oleh Manager Bussines Support Pertamina Marketing Operation Regional V Jateng DIY, Tri Okto Hendarmanto didampingi Ketua Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Unnes, Prof Dr Totok Sumaryanto.

Tri Okto Hendarmanto menyerahkan kunci kepada perwakilan warga, dilanjutkan penanaman pohon ketapang di depan gedung tersebut.

Hadir Ketua Progam CSR Jawa Tengah Drs Sunyoto MSi, koordinator wilayah Blora Drs M Burhan Rubai Wijaya MPd, koordinator wilayah Tegal Drs At Sugeng Priyanto MSi, tim CSR Tambakrejo, Camat, lurah, dan warga.

Prof Dr Totok Sumaryanto mengatakan, program CSR Pertamina-Unnes ini sudah memasuki tahun ketiga dari rencana pelaksanaan empar tahun.

Dia berpesan supaya balai pertemuan dirawat dan dipergunakan sebagaimana mestinya. “Jangan sampai dicoret-coret. Ruangannya luas dan bisa digunakan untuk olahraga,” ujarnya.

Selain Tambakrejo, wilayah desa binaan lain di antaranya Desa Ledok, Kecamatan Sambong Kabupaten Blora, Desa Ketaon, Kabupaten Boyolali, dan Slerok, Kabupaten Tegal.

“Tiap tahun, Pertamina mengeluarkan dana sebesar 1,5 hingga 2 miliar rupiah untuk empat desa binaan itu,” kata Prof Totok. “Tahun ketiga ini untuk penguatan-penguatan program.”

Prof Totok juga mengemukakan, dana dari Pertamina turun tiap tahun langsung masuk ke rekening rektor dalam sistem DIPA (Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran). Pengawasannya dilakukan oleh auditor internal, auditor Pertamina, dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan.

Tri Okto Hendarmanto menyampaikan, desa binaan yang mendapat batuan itu merupakan desa yang letaknya berdekatan dengan kilang Pertamina. Program yang dilaksanakan antara desa yang satu dengan yang lainnya berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan desa masing-masing.

Sebelumnya, koordinator wilayah desa binaan Tambakrejo, Ir Nana Kariada Tri Martuti MSi, melaporkan selain menyerahkan balai pertemuan warga, sebelumnya juga sudah diserahkan gedung PAUD dan Rumah Pintar kepada warga.

Bidang pendidikan, dia mengatakan, tahun ini beragendakan penguatan kapasitas lembaga PAUD berupa sosialisasi keberadaan PAUD dan pengurusan izin PAUD ke Diknas Kota Semarang. Sedangkan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana Rumah Pintar mengadakan bimbingan belajar untuk kelas 6 SD dan kelas 3 SMP untuk menghadapi ujian nasional.

Bidang kesehatan, mengadakan pendampingan higienis dan sanitasi serta proses pengolahan makanan berbahan baku ikan. “Mengingat warga disini merupakan nelayan,” ujar Nana.

Bidang ekonomi, di antaranya meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pada industri kecil terasi, pemberian modal usaha ternak bebek, penyediaan pakan ternak bebek melalui pelatihan optimalisasi penggilingan, dan pemantapan usaha telur asin melalui pelatihan pengemasan produk. Selain itu penguatan pembentukan koperasi usaha telur asin dan terasi dan pemantapan usaha boga melalui diversifikasi makanan berbahan baku potensi lokal (ikan/udang).

Bidang infrastruktur, meliputi penyempurnaan lantai II PAUD dan Rumah Pintar berupa perbaikan plafon, lantai, talud dan peneduh, dan renovasi Balai Pertemuan RW XVI.

“Untuk lingkungan, sudah menanam 100 ribu lebih pohon mangrove. Karena dilihat berhasil, sekarang malah mengerjakan pembibitan untuk dijual dan sudah banyak yang memesan,” ujar Nana.
