Akhir Tahun dan Setumpuk Refleksi di Unnes

 

Bagaimana pencapaian kinerja dan produktivitas Universitas Negeri Semarang sepanjang 2013 ini? Fakultas sebagai salah satu lokomotif penggerak kegiatan akademik di kampus, punya sederet catatan, yang dirangkum dalam bingkai “Refleksi Akhir Tahun”, di sejumlah fakulats, Selasa (24/12).

Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, misalnya. Dalam refleksi yang dihadiri dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di ruang bundar Dekanat, dalam jelaslah sudah bahwa rasio 15% untuk pemerolehan akreditasi A pada prodi di fakultas ini juga diimbangi dengan kerja sama internasional mencapai 80%. Peningkatan mutu dosen juga tercermin dari 8 dosen yang melanjutkan studi magister dan 33 dosen melanjutkan jenjang doktor. Fakultas ini juga mendapatkan jatah penerimaan dosen tetap non PNS yang ditempatkan oleh Dikti, yang telah bergabung sejak November.

Refleksi positif tersebut ternyata juga diwarnai oleh sejumlah problem, terutama dari sisi sarana dan fasilitas publik di lingkungan fakultas. Kebersihan toilet dan pengecekan terhadap sirkulasi pendingin ruangan juga masih dikeluhkan sejumlah dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di fakultas ini.

“Serapan dana yang menjacapi 98% sudah kita maksimalkan bersama untuk kegiatan akademik, kemahasiswaan, dan tentu sarana-prasarana. Ke depan, kenyamanan terhadap kebutuhan rumah tangga juga tentu diupayakan dapat terkondisikan dengan baik. Bila ada pengajuan perbaikan, tanpa perlu menunggu proses yang cukup lama. Kita refleksikan bersama untuk fakulatas tercinta ini,” Ungkap Drs Agus Yuwono MSi MPd  Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik ini.

Di tempat terpisah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial juga menggelar acara serupa. Dekan FIS Unnes Dr Subagyo MPd menyatakan bahwa fakulats ini adalah bagian dari universitas konservasi yang mengusung visi konservasi sosial, lewat pilar kearifan sosial dan kecerdasan sosial.

“ Sepanjang 2013 ini FIS banyak menuai prestasi dari kalangan mahasiswa dan dosen. Salah satu yang paling membanggakan adalah 5 prodi di FIS terakreditasi A dan 2 jurnal terakreditasi. Ini adalah satu-satunya fakulats di Unnes yang memperoleh akreditasi A terbanyak,” papar Dr Subagyo MPd.

Kebanggan tersebut juga direspon oleh rektor Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman. Hadir dalam refleksi akhir tahun FIS, beliau menyampaikan sejumlah program yang dilakukan kampus ini sepanjang 2013. Terutama, kemajuan kampus ini juga diangkat bersama-sama, termasuk FIS, seperti yang ia ibaratkan dalam ungkapan arum luhuring pawiyatan ing astanira.

Di hari yang sama, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Program Pascasarjana, juga menggelar refleksi serupa.
