Mahapala Unnes Adakan Pelatihan Managemen Organisasi

Selama dua hari Sabtu dan Minggu (16-17/4) mahasiswa pencinta alam Universitas Negeri Semarang (Mahapala Unnes) menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Managemen Organisasi (PMO) untuk anggota mahapala angkatan 36.

Ketua Mahapala Unnes Tsani Muflih Hidayati menyampaikan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih kecakapan dalam berorganisasi, meningkatkan relasi baik dari intern maupun ekstern Unnes, dan mengenal lebih dalam tentang Mahapala Unnes.

Tsani (panggilan akrapnya) menuturkan, serangkaian kegiatan itu diantaranya AD/ART, Sejarah Mahapala, Leadership, Lobbying, Negosiasi, Administrasi persuratan dan proposal, serta MBTI untuk mengetahui karakter dari anggota Mahapala Unnes dan dilanjutkan dengan outbond.

“Selain kegiatan berpetualang, Mahapala Unnes juga perlu meningkatkan skill berorganisasi, agar kedepan harapannya organisasi ini semakin berkualitas dan banyak memberikan kontribusi kepada lingkungan sekitar, ” kata Tsani.

Tsani menambahkan, selama dua hari kegiatan ini menggunakan tempat di ruang rapat besar (RRB) lantai 1 gedung Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Unnes, Meeting Room, dan Venue Wall Climbing.

  1. Tak kita pungkiri pentingnya manajemen organisasi dalam pengembangan sebuah organisasi itu sendiri. Dengan adanya pelatihan manajemen organisasi seperti yang telah dilaksanakan diharapkan tujuan-tujuan atau visi Mahapala Unnes yang telah ditetapkan bisa tercapai dengan baik.
    Oleh sebab itu, anggota sebagai aspek penting yang menjadi motor penggerak bagi organisasi, sangatlah perlu untuk memiliki kecakapan dalam hal manajemen. Penguasaan yang baik terhadap ilmu manajemen organisasi akan menjadikan anggota mampu bekerja secara lebih solid, sistematis dan juga terencana dengan baik.

Kegiatan Pelatihan Managemen Organisasi yang dilakukan Mahapala ini membuktikan kalau Mahapala tidak hanya peduli terhadap perbaikan lingkungan alam tetapi juga peduli terhadap pengembangan internal organisasi. Pelatihan ini semoga berdampak baik bagi Mahapala dalam menjadikan anggotanya sebagai pemimpin-pemimpin baru yang mampu memberi pengaruh positif ke lingkungan sekitar.

    acara yang sudah sepatutnya dilakukan oleh semua organisasi kemahasiswaan di Unnes. Semoga seluruh UKM di Unnes bisa menikuti jejak mahapala ini.
    Alhamdulillah UKM PENELITIAN UNNES pun sudah beberapa kali melakukan kegiatan serupa.
    Dalam acara ini pun UKMP UNNES turut menghadiri acara pembukaannya sebagai bentuk apresiasi dan silaturahmi dengan Mahapala UNNES.
