9 Mahasiswa UNNES Ikuti Konferensi Internasional di Thailand

Sebanyak sembilan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) selama tiga hari, Selasa sampai Kamis (12-14/11) mengikuti 7th Asian Academic Society International Conference (7th AASIC).

Konferensi dengan tema “Asia Towards The 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, A Transformation Between Local Wisdom and Globalization”.

AASIC ini merupakan acara tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Indonesia Thailand (PERMITHA) berkolaborasi dengan Prince of Songkhla University, Thailand didukung oleh Konsulat Republik Indonesia Songkhla serta Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia (KBRI) Bangkok, Thailand.

Konferensi internasional ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan inovasi dan gagasan terkait dengan isu-isu pembangunan berkelanjutan melibatkan mahasiswa, dosen, dan para peneliti dibidangnya.

Delegasi UNNES yakni Dwi Putriana Naibaho, Ferianti, Shania Dea Menany Soputan, Khorido Hidayat, dan Ryan Aditya Pratama dari Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP). Kemudian, Darorie Noor Ubaidillah dan Arfan Habibi (FIS), serta Moch Faizal Rachmadi dan Amanah (FE) berhasil masuk dalam 87 paper terpilih untuk mempresentasikan penelitiannya di Yannaty Hotel, Hatyai, Songkhla, Thailand.

Mereka telah bersaing dengan ratusan paper dari perguruan tinggi berbagai negara diantaranya Thailand, China, India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, dan Indonesia.

Selain mempresentasikan penelitian, agenda konferensi juga membahas isu-isu SDGs 2030, pameran Poster tentang solusi untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan 2030.

Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang telah di presentasikan paper akan di publikasikan ke jurnal ilmiah terindeks.

Delegasi terpilih juga mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan diantaranya International Seminar 7th AASIC dengan pembicara Prof Dr Mas Fawzi Bin Mohd Ali (Universiti Tun Hussein Malaysia), Tareqat Hossain PhD (Islamic University Kushtia Bangladesh).

Kemudian, Prof Dr mustari MPd (Kedutaan Besar RI di Bangkok Bidang Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sekaligus Dosen di Universitas Alauddin Makassar Indonesia), Dr rer nat Lalu Rudyatmo Telly Savalas (Universitas Mataram Indonesia), dan Mr Dicky Komar (UNESCAP di KBRI Bangkok).

Tidak hanya itu, para delegasi juga mengikuti kunjungan wisata di tempat-tempat bersejarah di Kota Hatyai dan Songkhla untuk belajar budaya dan bahasa di Thailand.
