8 Mahasiswa UNNES Berangkat ke Malaysia

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali mengirim mahasiswanya ke luar negeri. Kali ini delapan mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik (FT) mengikuti program credit transfer di Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) selama empat bulan tujuh belas hari, Senin (10/9).

Dalam acara yang bertempat di ruang 217 Gedung Rektorat itu, disampaikan bahwa mereka akan belajar sekaligus melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Untuk sistem sks disesuaikan dengan sks UNNES, maksimal mengambil 18 sks.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan dan Kerja Sama Prof YL Sukestiyarno MS PhD berpesan untuk menggunakan kesempatan ini sebaik-baiknya. Banyak-banyak bergaul serta belajar agar pulang membawa informasi dan pengetahuan untuk dibagi kepada mahasiswa lainnya.

“Tolong jaga nama baik UNNES, jangan berbuat yang aneh-aneh. Ceritakanlah tentang pelayanan prima dari UNNES sekaligus sebagai ajang promosi. Semangat, jangan takut,”ujarnya.

Untuk ikut mencicipi program credit transfer ini, para mahasiswa diseleksi lebih dulu di Jurusan Teknik Mesin. Setelah tersisa dua belas mahasiswa, disaring lagi sampai terpilihlah Bagas Wijaya, Dwi Prabowo, Zia Putra M, Reza Rizkiana, Elang Wahyu S, Moh Khairul Anam, Sandy Triyanto, dan Ryan Septiawan.

Mereka dijadwalkan terbang pada Rabu (12/9/18) dan kembali ke Indonesia pada Kamis (17/1/19) didampingi oleh Ketua Jurusan Teknik Mesin Rusiyanto SPd MT dan Ketua Gugus Kerja Sama FT Ir Agus Nugroho SPd MT IPP.
