Pelepasan 500 Balon Warnai Pembukaan Bulan Pendidikan

Pelepasan 500 balon udara berwarna hijau dan kuning menandai pembukaan serangkaian kegiatan bulan pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes).

Kegiatan dibuka oleh Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan (PR III) Prof Masrukhi dengan menggunting pita balon udara bersama-sama mahasiswa melepas 500 balon berwarna hujau dan kuning yang melambangkan FIP dan Unnes ingin menggapai cita-cita yang tinggi, Jumat (3/5) di halaman FIP kampus Sekaran.

Setelah pembukaan acara dilanjutkan senam pramuka kreasi baru yang diikuti pejabat di lingkungan Unnes, Dekan, dosen, karyawan, dan mahasiswa. Pembukaan juga dimeriahkan Show Up Jurusan, bazar, dan pembagian doorprize (laptop, sepeda, TV, iped, blackberry, serta puluhan hadiah hiburan).

“Bulan pendidikan ini mengusung tema “Mendidik dengan Hati Menguatkan Karakter” merupakan komitmen FIP dalam mewujudnyatakan sebagai universitas konservasi,” kata dekan FIP Hardjono MPd.

Hardjono MPd juga mengemukakan, komitmen itu di wujudkan pada serangkaian kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (tri darma perguruan tinggi).

Dia juga menyampaikan, seperti tahun-tahun yang lalu bulan pendidikan ini rutin dilaksanakan, tetapi FIP tidak mau terjerat di dalam rutinitas. Karena setiap melaksanakan kegiatan bulan pendidikan memilih tema-tema yang selaras dengan waktu dan panggilan zaman, katanya.

Serangkaian kegiatan bulan pendidikan yakni seminar nasional (18/5) “menyongsong kurikulum 2013” oleh Prof Dr Hamid Hasan, Prof Dr Ki Supriyoko; bedah buku penulis MH Ainun Najib (7/5), studium general “revitalisasi pendidikan karakter di PT” oleh Prof Dr Furqon Hidayatullah, perawatan Desa binaan, sarasehan ikatan alumni, pramuka, olahraga dan seni.
