Sebanyak 48  dosen  di Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menerima sertifikat profesi dosen di ruang Student Loung lantai 1 Gedung Prof Satmoko LP3, Selasa, 25/2.

Sertifikat diserahkan oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Dr Zaenuri MSi Akt didampingi Kepala Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Dr Ngabiyanto MSi dan Kepala Pusat Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dan Sertifikasi UNNES Drs Agus Yuwono MSi MPd.

Prof Dr Zaenuri memaparkan bahwa sertifikat profesi dosen merupakan bukti pengakuan bagi seorang dosen. Dosen yang telah tersertifikasi  telah dinyatakan layak sebagai pengajar dan berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, yakni pendidikan, penelitian, serta pengabdian masyarakat.

“Selamat kepada bapak ibu yang telah diyantakan lulus sertifikasi dosen.  Kita harus syukuri atas perolehan sertifikasi dosen dengan   bersama sama  memajukan Unnes yang kita cintai. Melalui sertifikasi dosen yang  telah diterima melekat  stantar profesional yang dimiliki di bidang melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang meliputi pendidikan, penelitian, serta pengabdian masyarakat. Kami berharap dosen UNNES menjadi penggerak mahasiswa dalam bidang keilmuan dan membuka pintu pintu keilmuan,” ujar Prof  Zaenuri.

Kepala Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi LP3 menyampaikan   dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi dosen di UNNES, walaupun setiap dosen  masuk dan mengerjakan sendiri di sistem, tetapi tetap dipandu oleh tim LP3 UNNES melalui pusat PPG da sertifikasi. Pembinaan dan pendampingan  dilakukan agar hasil yang diperoleh  betul-betul layak untuk diyatakan lulus sertifikasi dosen.

Kepala Pusat PPG dan Sertifikasi Agus Yuwono, MPd MSi menyampaikan pelaksanaan sertifikasi dosen pada tahun 2019 dilaksanakan  dalam tiga tahapan. Pada tahun 2019 ada perpindahan sistem dari Serdos Dikti  ke Sister.  48 peserta sertifikasi dosen UNNES diyatakan lulus dan per 1 Januari 2020.
