3 Mahasiswa DKV Unnes Masuk Nomine Festival Edunimasi

Riza Fauzi, Adityo Baharmoko, dan Kris Adi Candra, mahasiswa Desain Komunikasi Visual Seni Rupa FBS Universitas Negeri Semarang berhasil menembus persaingan di antara 857 peserta Festival Edunimasi 2011. Lewat film animasi pendek berjudul Langkah Menuju Cita, mereka menjadi salah satu dari lima nomine untuk kategori mahasiswa.

Dwi Budi Harto, dosen Desain Komunikasi Visual yang juga pembimbing ketiga mahasis tersebut mengabarkan hal itu kepada unnes.ac.id. “Mohon dukungan keluarga besar Unnes untuk vote di http://www.edunimasi.com/edunimasi-festival agar mereka menjadi juara favorit festival ini,” tulisnya dalam sistem maklumat singkat (SMS).

Edunimasi Festival  merupakan festival yang digelar oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional (Kemdiknas) untuk menyosialisasikan pentingnya keselarasan antara pendidikan dan dunia kerja. Klip animasi dipilih untuk menghindari adanya penokohan sekaligus untuk menggairahkan pendidikan di bidang animasi di Indonesia.

Langkah Menuju Cita berdurasi 2 menit 43 detik. Film ini bercerita secara flash back potongan kehidupan seorang dokter yang pada masa kecilnya tekun belajar. Ketika kuliah, dia memilih pendidikan yang tepat sehingga yang dia cita-citakan tercapai.

Sebuah masa depan yang cerah  ditentukan oleh pendidikan sejak dini. Muda berusaha masa depan sejahtera, masa lalu yang dilalui dengan ketekunan akan membuahkan hasil pada masa depan. Kira-kira begitu pesan yang ingin disampaikan tayangan ini.

Selanjutnya, Riza Fuzi dan kawan-kawan akan bersaing pada babak ini dengan empat tim lainnya dari Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya,  Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Surakarta,  dan dua tim dari Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya.

Mereka akan berlomba memperebutkan juara 1, 2, 3, dan juara harapan 1 dan 2, serta juara favorit yang dipilih salah satunya berdasarkan popularitas dan dukungan audiens.

Presentasi akhir di hadapan juri akan dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2011. Sebelum itu berlangsung, para nomine akan melakukan perbaikan karya secara berkelanjutan dan akan memampang karyanya di web  Festival Edunimasi, sekaligus untuk menjaring dukungan dari publik (melalui jumlah total dari Vote, Like, dan Tweet).

    Selamat atas terpilihnya “Langkah Menuju Cita” sebagai nominator festival edunimasi. Semoga berhasil menjadi juara favorit, yang membawa nama Unnes, khususnya prodi dkv.
