2.626 Proposal PKM Unnes Terunggah ke Dikti

Sampai batas akhir Sabtu (24/11) pukul 23.59 WIB, proposal Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) 2012 Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) yang terunggah ke laman http://simlitabmas.dikti.go.id Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DP2M) Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi (Dikti) Jakarta  2.626.

Tommi Yuniawan MHum, koordinator pembinaan program kreativitas mahasiswa  Unnesmengungkapkan hal itu  setelah penutupan program tersebut, Senin (26/11), di rektorat kampus Sekaran.

“Ini menunjukkan mahasiswa Unnes memiliki budaya menulis ilmiah yang baik sejalan dengan kebijakan Dikti, yakni mahasiswa S1, S2, dan S3 harus menulis di jurnal sebagai syarat kelulusan,” kata Tommi Yuniawan.

Secara terpisah,  Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan (PR III) Unnes Prof Masrukhi mengatakan, pada tahun 2012 ini ada kebijakan baru yang ditetapkan  DP2M Dikti, yakni sistem pengiriman proposal PKM sudah berbasis informasi dan teknologi (IT) atau secara online. “Hal ini selaras dengan Unnes konservasi, yakni nirkertas,” tegasnya.

 Kendala Mengunggah

Meski  demikian, kata PR III,  pengunggahan proposal secara online  tidaklah mudah. “Ada beberapa kendala ketika mahasiswa mengunggah proposal PKM ke laman DP2M Dikti Jakarta,” katanya.

Prof Masrukhi mengatakan, semula Dikti menetapkan pengunggahan proposal PKM tanggal 29 Oktober sampai dengan 9 November 2012, tetapi karena ada kendala kemudian Dikti mengundurnya hingga  tanggal 14 November 2012 pukul 23.59 WIB, dan diundur lagi hingga  24 November 2012.

“Melihat kendala yang dialami mahasiswa itu, universitas memfasilitasi dengan membantu layanan pengunggahan proposal yang terpusat di rektorat yang dilakukan oleh tim IT mahasiswa dan melibatkan tim IT fakultas,” kata Prof Masrukhi.

Menurutnya, tahun lalu (2011) Unnes berhasil mengirimkan proposal PKM dan lolos didanai Dikti terbanyak seluruh Indonesia. “Semoga tahun  ini jumlah proposal yang terunggah dan yang didanai melampaui  tahun lalu,” katanya.

PR III menambahkan, hal ini tidak lepas dari kebijakan dan dukungan  Rektor Unnes dan segenap pimpinan di tingkat universitas, dekan, dan segenap dosen pembina atau pembimbing karya ilmiah.
