CSR dan RPJMD Jadi Acuan

Acuan yang digunakan dalam menyusun proposal Ipteks bagi Wilayah – Corporate Social Responsibility (IbW-CSR) adalah misi CSR serta Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) pemerintah kabupaten / kota.

“Pada prinsipnya, program yang ditetapkan CSR dan atau RPJMD agar diseinkronkan guna menghindari tumpang tindihnya program serta sesuai dengan misi program IbW,” kata Reviever Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Ditlitabmas Dikti Dr Isti Hidayah ketika menjadi narasumber Workshop Penyusunan Proposal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Ruang Pertemuan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LP2M) Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati, Selasa (13/11).

Menurutnya, sinergisme yang dibangun dalam IbW-CSR dan Ibw-Pemda-CSR harus diwujudkan dalam bentuk kerja sama kepakaran, pengintegrasian, kebersamaan dalam pelaksanaan program maupun kontribusi pendanaan.

“Hasil dari program tersebut wajib disebarluaskan dalam bentuk artikel dan dipublikasikan melalui jurnal / majalah internasional,” paparnya

Workshop selama 2 hari yang diselenggarakan oleh LP2M Unnes ini, menurut Ketua Panitia Sunyoto MSi, bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang karakteristik dari berbagai program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dana Ditlitanmas Dikti, agar kualitas proposal yang dibuat oleh para dosen meningkat, “sehingga jumlah proposal yang didanai pun meningkat” katanya.

Dia juga melaporkan bahwa minat dosen untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup menggembirakan, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh jumlah proporsal yang meningkat, terutama proposal dana DIPA. Namun untuk proporsal sumber dana Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Direktorat Pendidikan tinggi (Ditlitabmas Dikti), jumlah yang didanai masih sangat sedikit.

Sebagai gambaran, tahun 2010 dan 2011, jumlah Proposal Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) yang diajukan dosen Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) berjumlah 70 dan 42 Judul, namun yang didanai hanya 4 dan 3 judul. Tahun 2012 ada sedikit peningkatan, dari 43 judul, didanai 9 judul. “Kondisi ini bukan hanya dialami Unnes, tetapi juga Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) dan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) lain,” kata Sunyoto dihadapan 75 peserta yang terdiri dari dosen Unnes dan perwakilan dari PTN / PTS di Semarang.

Sekretaris LP2M Prof Totok Sumaryanto F, sangat mengapresiasi kegiatan ini. Dia berharap agar workshop ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para dosen dalam menyusun proposal pengabdian kepada masyarakat. “Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal tersebut maka akan meningkatkan pula jumlah proposal yang dibuat oleh para dosen,” tegas Prof Totok.
