15 Tim PKM UNNES Berlaga di Pimnas Yogyakarta

Sebanyak 15 tim program kreatifitas mahasiswa (PKM) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) dilepas Rektor  Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum ke Pekan Ilmiah Mahasiswa Nasional (Pimnas) ke 31 di Universitas Negeri Yugyakarta (UNY) berlangsung 28 Agustus-2 Septerber 2018 mendatang.

Pelepasan kontingen Pimnas “Merah Putih” UNNES ini ditandai dengan penyerahan bendera UNNES dari Rektor kepada Ketua Kontingen Pimnas, Kamis (23/8/2018) di Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) kampus UNNES Sekaran Gunungpati.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan Dr Bambang Budi Raharjo melaporkan, UNNES mengirimkan sebanyak 15 tim PKM beranggotakan 51 mahasiswa dan 13 dosen pembimbing. Pada Pimnas 2017 kemarin UNNES menduduki urutan 7, diharapkan pimnas 2018 ini bisa naik menjadi 5 besar.

Ke-15 Tim PKM itu terdiri atas, 4 tim PKM Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM-M), 5 tim PKM Penelitian Sosial Humaniora (PKM-PSH), 4 tim PKM Penelitian Eksakta (PKM-PE), 1 tim PKM Karsa Cipta (PKM-KC), dan 1 tim PKM Kewirausahaan (PKM-K).

Rektor Prof Fathur Rokhman mengatakan ke 15 tim PKM ini ketika presentasi dihadapan juri tampillah semaksimal mungkin dan yakinkan kepada juri, sehingga juri bisa tertarik akan isi artikel yang kalian presentasikan. Dengan ketertarikan isi artikel itu diharapkan pertanyaan juri bisa dijawab dengan lancar.

“Ke 15 tim yang turun pada Pimnas ke 31 di UNY ini tampillah yang optimal, selalu percaya diri, dan fokus, sehingga bisa membawa kebanggaan bagi UNNES di tingkat nasional, sebab kalian akan bertanding dengan 440 tim dari 136 perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta seIndonesia,” tegas Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur berharap dengan semangat dan niat yang baik ini ke 15 tim UNNES nanti bisa membawa nama harum lembaga dan ditingkat nasional seperti yang ditargetkan Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan tadi yakni masuk 5 besar, pungkasnya.
