13.543 Calon TKI ke Korea Selatan Ikuti Ujian Sistem Poin Manufaktur

Fakultas Hukum UNNES, melalui Klinik Hukum Ketenagakerjaan berupaya memberi pendampingan kepada Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI). Hal tersebut, termasuk edukasi mengenai kesadaran hukum, hingga pelatihan ketrampilan bagi PMI.
 
Hal tersebut disampaikan Rektor UNNES Prof Fathur Rokhman MHum, disela pelaksanaan verifikasi dokumen pendaftaran ujian sistem poin sektor manufaktur penempatan PMI ke Korea Selatan, dalam program goverment to goverment yang digelar Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI) di Auditorium Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati, Semarang, Jumat (20/4).
 
“UNNES sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi, juga memiliki kewajiban dalam tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Termasuk salah satunya pengabdian masyarakat. Melalui Klinik Hukum Ketenagakerjaan ini, nantinya kita juga bisa mendampingi para PMI, tempat bertanya tentang ketenagakerjaan, hingga edukasi masalah hukum. Sebab hukum di Indonesia dan di luar negeri, relatif berbeda,” paparnya, didampingi Dekan FH Unnes Dr Rodiyah SPd SH MSi.
 
Sementara, Deputi Penempatan BNP2TKI Teguh Hendro Cahyono menjelaskan, kegiatan ujian sistem poin sektor manufaktur yang dilaksnaakan di Unnes, sebagai tindak lanjut kerjasama antara Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Korea Selatan, sertaberdasarkan MoU antara Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI dan Kementerian Perburuhan Republik Korea Selatan tentang Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia ke Korea berdasarkan Employment Permit System (EPS).
 
“Semua pencari kerja yang berminat untuk bekerja ke Korea Selatan di bawah mekanisme EPS, harus mengikuti model rekruitmen sistem poin, yang dilakukan oleh Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea),” terangnya.
 
Diterangkan, Unnes mendapat kepercayaan dari BNP2TKI dan BP3TKI untuk menyelenggarakan verifikasi dokumen Calon Pekerja Migran Indonesia (CPMI) program G to G penempatan Korea Selatan.  “Kegiatan ini juga sangat sesuai dengan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, sehingga tepat bahwa FH Unnes yang mempunyai delapan klinik hukum, salah satunya klinik hukum ketenagakerjaan mengambil peranan penting.  UNNES juga memiliki delapan Fakultas yang siap bekerjasama lebih lanjut dengan BNP2TKI, dalam pelatihan pemberdayaan PMI baik saat pra maupun purna penempatan,” ungkapnya.
 
Sementara, dalam ujian sistem poin sektor manufaktur tersebut diikuti sebanyak 18.437 orang, yang tersebar di dua lokasi. Kegiatan yang digelar di UNNES diikuti sebanyak 13.543 orang, sementara kegiatan serupa di Ikopin Bandung diikuti sebanyak 4.984 orang.
