125 Asesor dan Calon Asesor Ikuti Worshop Pengembangan Skema Kompetensi LSP UNNES

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) LP3 Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mengadakan  Workshop Pengembangan Skema Kompetensi yang diikuti oleh 125 asesor dan calon asesor serta dihadiri oleh asosiasi profesi dan Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri  (Dudi) yang bertujuan untuk mensinkronkan kesesuaian skema yang telah disusun dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja dan industri. Workshop diadakan di gedung LP3 UNNES Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati,  10/12.

Dr Wagiran selaku Ketua Tim Task Force pendirian LSP UNNES mengatakan,   Asosiasi Profsi  dan DUDI yang hadir pada kegiatan workshop diantaranya DPD Asttaindo Propinsi Jawa Tengah, Kapordirga Paralayang FASI Jawa Tengah, Dirut PT Garuda Sembilan Semarang, Kepala PPSDM Migas, Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention, Penerbit CV Mediatama, Ikatan Penerbit Indonesia (IKAPI) Wilayah Jawa Tengah, Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Asosiasi Kelistrikan Indonesia, Disnaker  & Transmigrasi Propinsi Jawa Tengah, PT PLN Semarang, Salma Batik, Mizu Salon dan Spa, Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial Ibu Kartini Semarang, Aspapi Jawa Tengah dan Kantor Jasa Akuntan RBI Semarang.

“Ada 25 skema kompetensi yang sedang dikembangkan dari 8 Program Studi di  4 Fakultas. Hari ini merupakan  workshop tahap dua  dengan mendatangkan   kalangan dunia usaha  dan dunia industri (Dudi) serta asosiasi profesi. Target kegiatan adakah review  skema kompetensi yang sudah dikembangkan oleh masing-masing Prodi.

Pendirikan Lembaga Standar Profesi  dirintis  bulan Oktober silam dengan membentuk Team  Task Force yang terdiri dari Dr Wagiran M.Hum Dr Eko Supraptono M.Si, Dra Wahyuningsih M.Pd, Sri Sumartiningsih SSi, M.Kes PhD, dan  Indri Murniawaty SPd MPd.

Workshop Pengembangan Skema Kompetensi juga telah  dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Nopember 2019 yang diikuti oleh  delapan Program Pendidikan terdiri dari Prodi Pendidikan Tata Kecantikan, Pendidikan Tata Busana, Batik, Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Bangunan, IKOR, Teknik Kimia, Tata Boga, Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Sastra dan Bahasa Indonesia, Teknik Elektro dan PKK, yang   menghasilkan  25 skema yang akan diajukan.

Rektor UNNES Prof Fathur Rokhman mengatakan, UNNES  pendirian Lembaga Standar Profesi untuk mendukung pengakuan terhadap keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki setiap warga UNNES maupun warga Indonsia.

“Setiap profesi haruslah mempunyai pengakuan terhadap keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Sertifikasi yang diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Sertifikasi merupakan salah satu hal yang menunjang pengakuan tersebut. Untuk itu Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mendorong  pendirikan Lembaga Standar Profesi,” kata Prof Fathur Rokhman.
