Pendistribusian Naskah UN Wilayah Jateng Lancar

Hari ketiga pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional (UN) jenjang SMA/SMALB/MA, SMK, dan Paket C di Provinsi Jawa Tengah secara keseluruhan berjalan lancar meski ada beberapa catatan di beberapa daerah penyelenggara UN.

Beberapa catatan itu seperti di Kabupaten Demak terjadi relokasi tempat UN karena musibah banjir yaitu MA Miftahul Huda Mijen dipindahkan ke MA Al Itihad Mijen, MA Darussalam Jetak Wedung ke MA Nahdlatul Ulama Roudlatul Mu’alimin Wdung, serta SMK Tunas Bangsa Mijen dipindahkan ke SMP N 1 Mijen.

Selain itu, di beberapa daerah seperti Pati, Purworejo, dan Karanganyar naskah soal kurang. Namun demikian, semua masalah yang terjadi sampai hari ketiga pelaksanaan UN dapat diatasi dengan baik, kata Penanggung Jawab Bidang Pengawasan Pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman Mhum saat koordinasi dengan pengawas di Unnes kampus Sekaran, Rabu (17/4).

Ujian Nasional jenjang SMA/SMALB/MA, SMK, dan Paket C tahun ini di provinsi Jawa tengah diikuti oleh 160.292 siswa SMA/MA/SMALB, 176939 siswa SMK, dan 1.414 siswa SMK program 4 tahun dengan jumlah total 338.645 peserta.

Dalam penyelenggaraan UN tingkat provinsi, Unnes meliki peran yang sangat penting mulai dari distribusi bahan UN, pengawasan pelaksanaan UN, monitoring, sampai dengan pemindaian hasil UN.

Distribusi bahan UN SMA sederajat ke titik simpan terakhir di Kabupaten/kota se Jateng telah dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 13 April 2013, mulai pukul 00:00 WIB berjalan lancar tanpa kendala berarti. Hal ini sangat menggembirakan meski secara nasional terdapat 11 provinsi yang ditunda pelaksanaan UN karena masalah percetakan dan distribusi yang kurang baik.

Dalam distribusi bahan UN, Unnes menyediakan 35 orang yang secara khusus menangani distribusi mulai dari koordinasi dengan dinas pendidikan kab/kota, verifikasi, mengawal, sampai memecahkan dan melaporkan permasalahan yang muncul selama perjalanan sesuai prosedur yang telah ditentukan.

Selama pelaksanaan UN, Unnes membuka posko 24 jam penuh yang bertempat di Auditorium kampus Sekaran serta posko kesekretariatan UN yang berada di Gedung Rektorat lantai 2.

Berbeda dengan tahun kemarin, tahun ini proses pemberkasan dan pemindaian dipusatkan di Gedung Auditorium Unnes yang sebelumnya bertempat di Gedung Rektorat. Proses pindai Lembar Jawab UN (LJUN) dilakukan secara cermat melibatkan 285 petugas untuk mengecek semua berkas yang masuk dan 100 petugas pemindai.

Sebanyak 23 unit alat pemindai yang bisa membaca ordinat (Smart work reader) dijalankan untuk proses pemindaian. Alat pemindai ini dapat mengatasi sejumlah masalah. Seperti jawaban tidak terbaca, termasuk kalau ada lembar jawaban yang terlipat dan tidak bisa dideteksi.

Sementara itu dalam pengawasan pelaksanaan UN, Unnes menggandeng 120 PTN/PTS di Jawa Tengah. Sebanyak 3179 dosen dilibatkan dalam pengawasan UN mulai dari koordinator kabupaten/kota, rayon/subrayon, sampai pengawas tingkat satuan pendidikan.

Berdasarkan hasil pengawasan dan pemantauan yang dilakukan, sampai hari ketiga pelaksanaan UN proses ujian nasional SMA se Jawa Tengah secara umum berlangsung tertib, lancar dan tidak ditemukan pelanggaran seperti kecurangan dan kebocoran soal.
