Pusat Pengembangan Karier, BK, MKU dan MKDK Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) memberikan kesempatan kepada 200 mahasiswa UNNES yang berminat mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan negosiasi. Pelatihan yang diselenggarakan pada Selasa (13/2) dan bertempat di ruang kelas C lantai 2 Laboratorium LPTK Terpadu ini, menghadirkan Nurhadi ST sebagai narasumber sekaligus coach.

“Seorang Negosiator yang baik adalah mereka yang memahami budaya lingkungan tempat negosiasi. Pemahaman inilah yang akn menjadi dasar keberlajutan proses negosiasi. Selain itu, anda perlu memastikan dapat menjaga kontak mata dengan lawan bicara saat berkomunikasi,” jelas Nurhadi.

Menurut Tenaga Kependidikan (Tendik) UGM tersebut, negosiator dapat menggali kebutuhan lawan bicara melalui i-SPIN Model. Ia menjelaskan, i-SPIN Model merupakan model yang sesuai dalam bernegosiasi dan mempertahankan kelanjutan komunikasi.

“Pertama, Intention. Sebagai seorang negosiator, kita harus mampu mengenali tujuan dari negosiasi tersebut. Kedua adalah Situation. Setelah mengenali tujuan, langkah selanjutnya adalah memetakan situasi lingkungan. Ketiga yakni Problem. Melalui situasi tersebut, kita lantas mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang muncul dan bahkan memperkirakan potensi masalah dikemudian hari,” jelas Direktur CEC tersebut.

Keempat, tambahnya, Implication yakni memahami dampak yang timbul jika permasalahan terselesaikan maupun jika tidak dapat terselesaikan. Kelima, Need Payoff. Terakhir, dengan mengemukakan apa yang dibutuhkan dan produk seperti apa yang mampu dihasilkan.

Pelatihan yang mengangkat tema “Be Good Negotiator” ini, berlangsung menarik dan interaktif antara narasumber dan peserta pelatihan.
