Pembinaan PPID Pelaksana

Dalam rangka mewujudkan komitmen untuk menjadi perguruan tinggi yang transparan dan akuntabel, UNNES berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik. Salah satu implementasi dari komitmen tersebut adalah melakukan pembinaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi terhadap PPID Pelaksana.

  • Memastikan pelaksanaan kebijakan informasi publik berjalan efektif dan efisien.
  • Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik.
  • Menjamin akuntabilitas pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi PPID dan PPID Pelaksana UNNES.
  • Memperkuat koordinasi dan sinergi antar unit kerja dalam pengelolaan informasi publik.
  • Mendorong terciptanya inovasi dalam pelayanan informasi publik.

Jadwal Pembinaan, Monitoring, dan Evaluasi

 

Pembinaan:

Pembinaan dilaksanakan secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan PPID Pelaksana. Pelatihan dilaksanakan sekurang-kurangnya satu kali dalam satu tahun.

Monitoring:

Monitoring dilaksanakanb secara berkala. Adapun monitoring menyeluruh dilaksanakan sekurang-kurangnya satu kali dalam satu tahun.

Evaluasi:

Evaluasi dilaksanakan secara internal secara triwulanan. Adapun evaluasi oleh atasan dilaksanakan sekurang-kuranganya satu kali dalam satu tahun.

Pembinaan 

 

Pembinaan adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Rektor selaku atasan PPID untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan PPID Pelaksana dalam pengelolaan informasi publik. Pembinaan bertujuan agar PPID Pelaksana dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya secara optimal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Monitoring

 
Monitoring merupakan serangkaian kegiatan atau proses pemantauan secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan dan kegiatan pelayanan informasi publik yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan utama dari monitoring adalah untuk memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun, serta untuk mengidentifikasi secara dini jika ada penyimpangan atau kendala yang perlu segera diatasi.

Evaluasi adalah proses penilaian secara sistematis terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan kebijakan dan kegiatan pelayanan informasi publik. Tujuan utama evaluasi adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki, dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik secara keseluruhan.
