LPPP UNNES Conducts Second Batch of Online PEKERTI Training for Universitas Bangka Belitung

Semarang, September 2025 — The Center for Education and Professional Development (LPPP) of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) successfully carried out the PEKERTI (Program Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Teknik Instruksional) training for Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB) Batch 2 from September 8 to September 12, 2025. The program was conducted online, allowing broad participation through digital learning platforms.

A total of 40 lecturers from Universitas Bangka Belitung joined this second batch of the training. Participants actively engaged in virtual sessions, discussions, and assignments designed to strengthen their teaching capabilities while maintaining flexibility through the online format.

The program focused on enhancing core pedagogical competencies, including course planning, instructional methods, and evaluation techniques. Participants were also encouraged to reflect on their teaching practices and develop more effective, student-centered learning approaches.

As a continuation of the previous batch, this training demonstrates the strong commitment of both LPPP UNNES and Universitas Bangka Belitung in improving lecturer professionalism and instructional quality. PEKERTI remains a key step for lecturers in preparing for the national certification process (serdos).

Through this collaborative effort, LPPP UNNES continues to expand its contribution to higher education development across institutions, supporting the creation of competent and professional educators in Indonesia.
