Tausiah Gus In’am di Halalbihalal FIPP UNNES 2026: Mengurai ‘benang kusut’ jabatan, bahaya bangkrut di akhirat, hingga teladan literasi Kiai Sholeh Darat.

SEMARANG – Ruang Aula Lantai 3 Dekanat Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mendadak riuh oleh tawa pada Rabu, 1 April 2026. Di atas mimbar, Dr. KH. M. In’amuzzahidin Masyhudi, M.Ag., sedang membedah filosofi di balik tradisi tahunan pasca-Ramadan.

Dosen UIN Walisongo yang juga ketua Komunitas Pecinta KH Sholeh Darat (Kopisoda) itu menyebut halalbihalal sebagai momentum “halla” atau mengurai benang yang kusut. Ia menyentil dinamika kehidupan kampus yang terkadang memicu kerenggangan hubungan akibat kompetisi.

“Semoga hubungan kita yang sempat kusut karena urusan jabatan seperti daftar jadi wakil dekan atau dekan tapi tidak diterima bisa terurai,” ujar Gus In’am.

Menurutnya, menjadi pejabat memerlukan “garis tangan” (takdir) dan “tanda tangan” (SK), bukan dengan cara sikut kanan-kiri yang justru merusak pahala puasa.

Gus In’am mengingatkan sivitas akademika agar tidak menjadi golongan muflis atau orang yang bangkrut di akhirat. Seseorang disebut bangkrut jika membawa pahala salat dan puasa yang melimpah, namun habis karena dosanya mencaci-maki atau menyakiti perasaan orang lain.

“Puasa mengajarkan jujur agar terhindar dari OTT. Di zaman digital, lisan kita berpindah ke jari tangan melalui pesan WhatsApp. Jangan sampai tangan digunakan untuk mencaci atau berkomentar buruk,” tegas pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Salaf Nurul Hidayah Semarang itu.

Sebagai penutup tausiah, ia mengajak hadirin meneladani sifat welas asih Nabi Ibrahim yang gemar memuliakan tamu sebagai buah nyata dari ibadah puasa.

Spirit Literasi Kiai Sholeh Darat

Dekan FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., memberikan sambutan yang menghubungkan nilai-nilai pendidikan dengan sejarah lokal. Ia mengisahkan bagaimana Kiai Sholeh Darat mendidik tokoh besar seperti R.A. Kartini melalui strategi literasi yang cerdas.

“Kiai Sholeh Darat menyiasati larangan kolonial dengan menulis terjemahan Al-Qur’an menggunakan huruf Arab Pegon,” katanya.

Dari belajar Al-Qur’an itu Kartini terinspirasi tentang konsep ‘Minadzulumati ilan nur’ atau Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang.

Sementara itu, Ketua Panitia Indrajati Kunwijaya, M.Pd., menyatakan bahwa acara bertema “Memelihara Akhlak Mulia Buah Puasa Ramadan” ini merupakan wadah penting untuk mempererat silaturahmi antara pimpinan, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, perwakilan mahasiswa, hingga para purnatugas.

Kegiatan Halalbihalal FIPP UNNES 2026 ini pun diakhiri dengan doa bersama, membawa harapan agar seluruh sivitas akademika dapat kembali bekerja dengan hati yang bersih dan hubungan yang telah “terurai” kembali harmonis.
