SEMARANG – Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) terus memperkuat jejaring internasionalnya. Melalui gelaran FIPP International Forum 2026, FIPP menghadirkan pakar dari Universiti Malaya (UM) Malaysia dan Guru Besar UNNES dalam sesi Guest Lecture di Ruang A6 FIPP, Kamis 19 Februari 2026.

Sebagai informasi, hajatan FIPP International Forum 2026 merupakan kegiatan temu ilmiah hasil kolaborasi antara FIPP UNNES, Universiti Malaysia dan UIN Salatiga.

Pertemuan ilmiah ini tidak sekadar menjadi ajang berbagi ilmu, tetapi juga menjadi pintu masuk bagi penguatan kolaborasi strategis antarperguruan tinggi di Asia Tenggara.

Transformasi Global dan Inovasi Pendidikan

Dalam paparannya, Dr. Abd Razak Zakaria dari Universiti Malaya mengupas tuntas “Malaysia Education Blueprint (2013-2025): Globalization and Future Education”. Ia menekankan pentingnya sistem pendidikan beradaptasi cepat dengan standar internasional guna memenuhi ekspektasi publik yang kian dinamis.

“Transformasi ini memerlukan pergeseran strategis dan operasional yang nyata. Kita perlu mengevaluasi kinerja sistem saat ini terhadap tolok ukur global demi mewujudkan aspirasi siswa yang layak didapatkan oleh bangsa,” tegas Dr. Razak.

Semangat inovasi ini diperkuat oleh peneliti UM lainnya, Rabiatul Adawiyah binti Suep, yang mempresentasikan modul robotika edukasi untuk mengasah computational thinking siswa. Sementara itu, Mohd Adiel Azhar bin Harun menyoroti efektivitas transformasi digital pada sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui studi kasus UPUOnline.

Harmonisasi Teknologi dan Kearifan Lokal

Melengkapi perspektif teknologi, Guru Besar FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Purwo Susongko, M.Pd., membawa diskusi kembali ke akar budaya. Melalui presentasi berjudul “How to Assess Students’ Temperament Using Ancient Javanese Knowledge”, ia menjelaskan bagaimana kearifan lokal Jawa dapat menjadi instrumen krusial bagi guru dalam merancang intervensi pendidikan karakter yang efektif.

Langkah Konkret Kolaborasi Internasional

Usai sesi akademik, agenda berlanjut pada pembahasan teknis mengenai perluasan kerja sama. FIPP International Forum 2026 menjadi momentum bagi pimpinan FIPP UNNES untuk menjajaki peluang kolaborasi lebih dalam dengan Universiti Malaya dan UIN Salatiga.

Wakil Dekan Bidang Bisnis, Riset, dan Kerjasama FIPP UNNES, Siti Nuzulia, Ph.D., mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya telah menawarkan sejumlah skema kerja sama konkret kepada pihak Universiti Malaya.

“Kami menawarkan skema riset kolaborasi, penulisan artikel ilmiah bersama, visiting professor, hingga joint supervisor untuk mahasiswa pascasarjana,” urai Siti Nuzulia.

Ia menambahkan bahwa dalam waktu dekat, kedua belah pihak akan segera merealisasikan program external examiner. Pertemuan ini diakhiri dengan kesepahaman bersama yang akan segera ditindaklanjuti melalui penandatanganan dokumen kerja sama resmi (MoU/MoA).

Sinergi lintas negara ini menjadi langkah konkret FIPP UNNES dalam mendukung pencapaian SDGs nomor 4 terkait pendidikan berkualitas serta nomor 17 dalam memperkuat kemitraan global demi akselerasi inovasi akademik di Asia Tenggara.
