Semarang— Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang terus mendorong hilirisasi hasil penelitian ke dalam praktik pendidikan dan penguatan kompetensi calon pendidik. Salah satu upaya tersebut diwujudkan melalui kegiatan guest lecture yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) Universitas Bengkulu pada Senin, 24 November, secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Dr. Binti Isrofin, M.Pd., dosen FIPP UNNES, hadir sebagai narasumber dengan menyampaikan hasil penelitiannya berjudul COUNSDATA-READY: Analisis Kesiapan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Penggunaan Data untuk Akuntabilitas. Guest lecture ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa Program Studi BK Universitas Bengkulu sebagai bagian dari penguatan kapasitas akademik dan profesional mahasiswa calon guru BK.

Penelitian COUNSDATA-READY merupakan penelitian dosen fakultas yang dilaksanakan oleh tim peneliti FIPP UNNES yang terdiri atas Dr. Binti Isrofin, M.Pd. (ketua), Dr. Sinta Saraswati, M.Pd., Kons., Dra. Maria Theresia Sri Hartati, M.Pd., Kons., Dian Purbo Utomo, M.Pd., Kons., dan Prof. Dr. Mungin Eddy Wibowo, M.Pd., Kons. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan mitra eksternal dari Universitas Bengkulu, Dr. Vira Afriyati, M.Pd., Kons., serta mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari penguatan pembelajaran berbasis riset.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Dr. Binti Isrofin menjelaskan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan guru BK dalam penggunaan data masih berada pada kategori moderat, dengan kekuatan utama pada aspek penyelarasan misi layanan BK dengan misi sekolah. Namun demikian, aspek analisis data dan evaluasi hasil layanan masih menjadi tantangan terbesar dalam mewujudkan akuntabilitas layanan BK berbasis bukti.

“Mahasiswa calon guru BK perlu sejak dini dibekali pemahaman bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling tidak cukup hanya dilaksanakan, tetapi harus mampu menunjukkan dampak nyata melalui data. Inilah esensi profesionalisme guru BK di era pendidikan berbasis bukti,” tegasnya.
Melalui guest lecture ini, mahasiswa memperoleh penguatan pemahaman mengenai konsep data-driven counseling, pengenalan kerangka COUNSDATA-READY, serta pendekatan evaluasi berbasis MEASURE yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan sistematis dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.
Kegiatan ini menjadi ruang refleksi akademik bagi mahasiswa calon guru BK mengenai pentingnya akuntabilitas, kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, serta peran strategis guru BK sebagai agen perubahan yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan dan kesejahteraan peserta didik.
Guest lecture ini menegaskan komitmen FIPP UNNES dalam memperkuat jejaring akademik antarperguruan tinggi sekaligus memastikan bahwa hasil penelitian dosen tidak berhenti pada publikasi ilmiah, tetapi berdampak langsung pada penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa dan pengembangan praktik bimbingan dan konseling yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan
