SEMARANG — Tim peneliti dari Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sedang gencar melakukan penelitian inovatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Pengembangan Model Life Skill Literacy Berbasis Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) yang ditujukan untuk pemberdayaan perempuan desa di seluruh Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) se-Jawa Tengah.

Tim peneliti yang terdiri dari pakar-pakar di bidangnya ini dipimpin oleh Dr. Mintarsih Arbarini, M.Pd., bersama dengan anggota tim Dr. Amin Yusuf, M.Si., Dr. Decky Avrilianda, S.Pd., M.Pd., dan Rahmadani Nur Permanawati S.E., M.M. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menciptakan sebuah model pembelajaran yang praktis dan partisipatif, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan hidup (life skills) bagi perempuan di pedesaan.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara pendekatan daring dan luring. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online melalui Google Form, sementara di saat yang sama, tim juga turun langsung ke PKBM untuk menyebarkan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara mendalam.

Pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2025, tim peneliti telah mengunjungi PKBM Tunas Harapan di Salatiga. Di sana, mereka disambut dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dari para responden. Perempuan-perempuan yang menjadi mitra PKBM tersebut sangat proaktif dalam mengisi kuesioner dan berpartisipasi dalam wawancara mendalam, memberikan data yang berharga untuk penelitian ini.

“Kami sangat gembira melihat respons positif dari para ibu-ibu di PKBM,” ujar salah satu anggota tim peneliti. “Antusiasme mereka menunjukkan betapa pentingnya program-program seperti ini untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kualitas hidup mereka.”

Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan yang efektif bagi PKBM di Jawa Tengah dalam mengimplementasikan program-program yang lebih terarah dan relevan dengan kebutuhan perempuan desa. Model ini diharapkan tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan, tetapi juga memberdayakan perempuan agar dapat menjadi agen perubahan di komunitas mereka sendiri.
