Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang menggelar rapat pimpinan fakultas pada Rabu-Kamis (24-25 Juli 2024) di Salatiga. Rapat pimpinan bertujuan untuk merefleksi capaian kinerja semester I tahun 2024 dan menyusun strategi pencapaian kinerja semester II 2024 FIPP secara lebih spesifik. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh Rektor UNNES, Prof. Dr. S. Martono, M.Si.  yang didampingi oleh Wakil Rektor bidang Umum, SDM, Perencanaan, dan Keuangan, Prof. Heri Yanto, M. BA., Ph. D.

Rapat pimpinan dihadiri oleh 33 peserta yang terdiri atas unsur pimpinan fakultas, koordinator program studi, koordinator laboratorium program studi, ketua gugus, dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan FIPP. Forum ini menjadi wadah antara peserta rapat untuk berdiskusi dalam merefleksi capaian semester I dan menyusun strategi secara spesifik dalam mencapai target kinerja di semester II tahun 2024. Rektor UNNES, Prof. Dr. S. Martono, M.Si. memberikan arahan secara langsung dalam mengawali penyusunan strategi capaian kinerja FIPP pada semester II.

Dalam arahan yang diberikan, Prof. Dr. S. Martono, M.Si. menyampaikan beberapa informasi penting meliputi refleksi capaian kinerja FIPP pada semester I dan upaya percepatan World Class University sebagai upaya mendukung pencapaian Visi UNNES. Rektor berpesan untuk meningkatkan kinerja ke depan. Capaian sebelumnya biar seperti itu dan yang paling penting ke depan. Arahan dari Rektor ditutup dengan harapan yaitu program-pogram prioritas dapat dilakukan merangkul aspek-aspek yang dapat mendukung peningkatan capaian kinerja dalam Liga PTNBH danpercepatan WCU. Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si.  selaku Dekan FIPP menyambut baik arahan dari Rektor dan berkomitmen dalam mencapai target kinerja FIPP di semester 2 tahun 2024. “Kita boleh gagal atau keliru, yang tidak boleh demotivasi. Kita dapat mengadopsi best practice dari unit kerja lain yang dapat memotivasi dalam mencapai target capaian kinerja di semester 2 tahun ini”, ungkap Prof. Edy Purwanto.
