Salatiga, December 6, 2024 — The Faculty of Education and Psychology, Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIPP UNNES), successfully held the Leadership Meeting (Rapim) with the theme “Boosting FIPP UNNES Performance Achievements in 2025” on December 5–6, 2024, at Grand Wahid Hotel, Salatiga.
This event was attended by the faculty leadership team, including the dean, vice deans, laboratory heads, program coordinators, laboratory coordinators, cluster heads, and support unit heads. The purpose was to evaluate the 2024 performance achievements and formulate new strategies to reach higher targets in 2025.
In his opening remarks, the Dean of FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., stated that this event marked an important moment to achieve the faculty’s vision and mission in alignment with university performance targets. “Through collaboration and innovation, we are committed to enhancing achievements and meeting various key performance indicators,” he said.
Over two days, participants engaged in intensive discussions on various strategic issues, including research and international collaboration, academic excellence, and boosting FIPP student achievements.
The event was officially opened by Vice Rector I for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zaenuri, M.Si., Akt., who commended FIPP’s accomplishments and motivated participants to achieve other targeted indicators.
In conclusion, the meeting produced several agreements and strategic plans in the fields of research collaboration, academic excellence, and student achievements, aligning with the World University Rankings (WUR), Times Higher Education (THE), Key Performance Indicators (IKU), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With a spirit of synergy and innovation, FIPP UNNES is ready to face 2025 as an institution that continues to contribute to producing excellent human resources for Indonesia and the world.
