Sub-Direktorat SDM

Sub-Direktorat SDM dibagi menjadi tiga seksi yaitu:

  1. Seksi Pengembangan SDM;
  2. Seksi Disiplin, Mutasi, dan Pemberhentian; dan
  3. Seksi Kesejahteraan.

 

Sub-Direktorat SDM mempunyai tugas:

  1. Perumusan kebijakan perencanaan dan penyelenggaraan pengembangan dosen dan tenaga kependidikan;
  2. Pelaksanaan kegiatan bidang organisasi dan kelembagaan;
  3. Penyusunan formasi, perencanaan, analisis beban kerja, analisis kebutuhan pegawai;
  4. Pembinaan dan pengembangan jalur karir SDM sesuai dengan kompetensi;
  5. Pengembangan sistem penilaian prestasi dan kinerja penyelenggaraan pengembangan dosen dan tenaga
    kependidikan;
  6. Pengembangan sistem peningkatan kompetensi dan keahlian dosen dan tenaga kependidikan;
  7. Perencanaan dan penyelenggaraan pelatihan bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan dalam segala bidang;
  8. Pengembangan skema kesejahteraan dosen dan tenaga kependidikan;
  9. Pengelolaan evaluasi kinerja dalam aplikasi/sistem informasi kepegawaian baik sistem internal UNNES
    maupun sistem dari Kementerian atau pemerintah pusat;
  10. Pelaksanaan analisis jabatan, analisis beban kerja, penilaian pekerjaan dan disiplin pegawai, penataan
    SDM dalam rangka pengembangan organisasi;
  11. Melaksanakan penyusunan analisis dan evaluasi organisasi serta usul penataan organisasi;
  12. Mengoordinasikan penyusunan peta proses bisnis, standar operasional prosedur, standar pelayanan
    publik, dan reformasi birokrasi;
  13. Melakukan penyusunan pedoman dan petunjuk teknis kebijakan reformasi birokrasi;
  14. Mengoordinasikan implementasi program reformasi birokrasi;
  15. Pelaksanaan manajemen risiko di tingkat Direktorat SDM dan Organisasi;
  16. Pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian dan urusan ketatausahaan lainnya pada Direktorat SDM dan Organisasi.
