Cuti Besar adalah hak cuti yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang telah bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 5 (lima) tahun secara terus-menerus, yang dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi seperti istirahat panjang atau keperluan penting lainnya.
