Semarang, 20 Oktober 2025 – Asrama Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menyelenggarakan Program Pengenalan Kehidupan Berasrama (PPKA) pada 23–27 September 2025. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai wadah pengenalan kehidupan mahasiswa dan asrama, serta pembinaan karakter dan penanaman nilai kebersamaan bagi seluruh penghuni asrama UNNES, khususnya para penghuni baru.

PPKA tahun ini dilaksanakan pada 4 asrama dan diisi oleh berbagai narasumber profesional dari lingkungan kampus maupun dari lembaga eksternal. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, mahasiswa diperkenalkan dengan budaya berasrama agar dapat menyesuaikan dan menjadi pribadi yang lebih mandiri, disiplin, dan tentu saja berprestasi.

Kegiatan diawali pada Selasa, 23 September 2025 di Asrama Mahasiswa 1 Putri Kalisegoro UNNES dengan dua agenda utama.

Sesi pertama dibawakan oleh dr. A Setyo Wahyuningsih, M.Kes., Manajer Puslakes UNNES, dengan tema “Asrama Sehat, Prestasi Meningkat: Pentingnya Olahraga dan Istirahat Cukup, serta Sinkronisasi Kartu BPJS.”

Masih di hari yang sama, Dr. Dani Muhtada, M.Ag., M.P.A., Ph.D., Dosen Fakultas Hukum UNNES, mengisi sesi berikutnya dengan tema materi “Strategi Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Tembus Jurnal.”

Selanjutnya, Rabu, 24 September 2025, kegiatan PPKA dilaksanakan di Asrama Mahasiswa 2 PGSD Ngaliyan dan dinarasumberi oleh Zuhrotun Nisa, M.Ag., yang membawakan tema acara “Dinamika Kelompok dan Beragama.” Materi ini penting karena sebagai cara untuk menekankan pentingnya toleransi, komunikasi, dan solidaritas antarpenghuni asrama, termasuk yang berbeda agama.

Pada Kamis, 25 September 2025, kegiatan dibawakan oleh Dr. P. Erianto Hasibuan, M.M., Kepala Unit Pengelola Usaha UNNES, yang memberikan materi dengan tema “Pelayanan Humanisme” di Asrama Mahasiswa 3 Putra Sekaran UNNES.

Kemudian, Jumat, 26 September 2025, sesi acara dibawakan oleh Prof. Dr. Nana Kariada Tri Martuti, M.Si., Kepala Subdirektorat Konservasi UNNES, yang mengisi materi bertema “Asrama Lestari, Masa Depan Terjaga” di Asrama Mahasiswa 5 Putri Patemon UNNES. Sesi ini dibawakan juga sebagai bentuk penanaman nilai konservasi UNNES terutama untuk para penghuni baru asrama.

Kegiatan PPKA diakhiri pada Sabtu, 27 September 2025 dengan kegiatan bersama Tim Pemadam Kebakaran Kecamatan Gunungpati yang membawakan tema “Kewaspadaan dan Kepedulian Lingkungan.” Acara ini dilaksanakan di Asrama Mahasiswa 1 Putri Kalisegoro UNNES, dan menjadi sesi yang paling interaktif karena adanya sesi simulasi tanggap darurat saat kebakaran.

Melalui seluruh rangkaian kegiatan ini, para penghuni asrama seharusnya sudah memahami budaya berasrama dengan berbagai dinamikanya, bagaimana cara agar tetap sehat dalam kesibukan kampus, serta bagaimana menjadi mahasiswa yang menyumbangkan pemikirannya lewat publikasi jurnal.
