Demi Ketertiban dan Keamanan Parkir di Gedung KWU UNNES dikenakan Tarif

BPB UNNES Semarang – Badan Pengembang Bisnis (BPB) UNNES menyampaikan bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan ketertiban dan keamanan di lingkungan gedung KWU UNNES maka area parkir gedung KWU akan dikenakan tarif. Sebelumnya pada tanggal 16 Februari 2022 telah dilakukan rapat koordinasi antara BPB, BUHK, Posh Parking, dan seluruh tenant yang ada di gedung KWU UNNES mengenai pemberlakukan kebijakan parkir di gedung KWU untuk keamanan dan ketertiban bersama ini. Pada rapat ini juga seluruh tenant menyambut baik dan menyampaikan berbagai usulan agar rencana tersebut dapat berjalan semakin lebih baik.

Usulan tenant mendapat respon yang baik dari BPB dengan diadakan rapat lanjutan pada tanggal 18 Februari 2022. Dengan memperhatikan usulan tersebut pada tanggal 21 Februari 2022 dikeluarkan keputusan mengenai pengelolaan keamanan parkir gedung KWU UNNES. Setiap tenant berhak mendapat free parkir kendaraannya. Selain itu kendaraan yang masuk area parkir kurang dari 10 menit (kendaraan antar jemput) dibebaskan dari pembayaran.

Pemberlakuan parkir berbayar ini akan mulai berlaku tanggal 1 Maret 2022. Seluruh pengunjung umum diluar ketentuan akan dikenakan tarif parkir sebesar Rp. 1.000 untuk motor dan Rp. 2.000 untuk mobil pada 1 jam pertama.

Pada jam berikutnya hingga 6 jam dikenakan tarif Rp. 2.000 untuk motor dan Rp. 3.000 untuk mobil. Sedangkan parkir diatas 6 jam hingga 12 jam dikenakan Rp. 4.000 untuk motor dan Rp. 8.000 untuk mobil. Adapun untuk parkir hingga 24 jam dikenakan tarif Rp. 5.000 untuk motor dan Rp 10.000 untuk mobil. Namun apabila membership parkir dikenakan tarif per bulan Rp. 35.000 untuk motor dan Rp. 70.000 untuk mobil.

Pemberitahuan ini telah disampaikan oleh Ketua Badan Pengembang Bisnis (BPB) UNNES Dr. Amir Mahmud, S. Pd., M. Si. kepada seluruh tenant dan selanjutnya akan mulai disosialisasikan kepada civitas akademika hingga diberlakukan tanggal 1 Maret 2022. Selain itu disampaikan juga dengan kebijakan ini diharapkan semua tenant, civitas akademika dan masyarakat yang mengunjungi gedung pusat kegiatan kewirausahaan di UNNES merasakan ketenangan, ketertiban, kenyamanan, dan keamanan mengingat gedung KWU telah menjadi tempat yang dapat dinikmati semua pengunjung.
