Semarang, August 21, 2025 – PT Usaha Niaga Insan Selaras, an official enterprise under Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), has opened new opportunities for individuals to join its workforce through a recruitment program. This year, three positions are available, Manager of Boga Selaras, Internal Audit Staff, and Accounting Staff.
This recruitment aims to strengthen the organizational structure and meet the company’s operational needs in managing its business units. It also reflects the company’s commitment to contributing to society by ensuring the availability of qualified personnel.
For the Manager of Boga Selaras position, the company seeks candidates with proven leadership experience and strong communication skills. A minimum educational background of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required. Additional qualifications in management, marketing, and culinary expertise are considered an advantage. Candidates must also be able to work towards targets, foster teamwork, and demonstrate discipline and accountability.
The Internal Audit Staff position is open to applicants with at least a vocational high school (SMK) degree in Accounting. Key requirements include accuracy, discipline, honesty, responsibility, and basic computer proficiency. Relevant work experience will be considered an added value.
Meanwhile, the Accounting Staff role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting. The company values candidates who are meticulous, proactive, responsible, and proficient in computer operations, particularly Microsoft Excel. As with the other roles, prior relevant experience will be regarded as an advantage during the selection process.
