Ada berapa jumlah pimpinan (rektor) IKIP Semarang dari tahun 1965 hingga bermetafosis menjadi UNNES? Hingga sekarang sudah 56 tahun UNNES, namun mungkin belum tentu kita mengetahui siapa saja orang yang pernah menjabat menjadi pimpinan kampus di Sekaran ini. Berdasarkan data yang ada di UPT Kearsipan UNNES tercatat ada delapan orang yang menjabat. Siapa saja beliau? Mereka adalah

 

  1. Mochtar : Ketua Presidium IKIP Semarang 1965-1966
  2. Moenadi : Ketua Presidium IKIP Semarang 1966-1967
  3. Wuryanto : Rektor IKIP Semarang 1967-1977
  4. Hari Mulyono             : Rektor IKIP Semarang 1977-1986
  5. Retmono : Rektor IKIP Semarang 1986-1994
  6. Rasdi Ekosiswoyo             : Rektor IKIP Semarang/ UNNES 1994-2002
  7. Ari Tri Soegito : Rektor UNNES 2002- 2006
  8. Sudijono Sastroatmodjo : Rektor UNNES 2006-2013
  9. Fathur Rokhman : Rektor UNNES 2014-sekarang

 

 

Catatan : Mulai tanggal 11 April 2013, Prof. Sudijono Sastroatmodjo M.Si resmi meletakkan jabatan sebagai Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Peletakan jabatan ditandai dengan Prof Sudijono menyerahkan samir rektor kepada Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Dirjen Dikti) Prof Djoko Santoso dihadapan Senat UNNES, Kamis (11 April 2013) di Rektorat Kampus Sekaran.

 

 

Selanjutnya, Prof Djoko Santoso menyerahkan ke Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik (PR 1) Dr Agus Wahyudin sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Rektor Unnes sampai Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Prof. M. Nuh menunjuk salah satu dari empat Pembantu Rektor Unnes sebagai rektor definitf.

 

 

“Penunjukkan pelaksana tugas (Plt) sebagai rektor sudah sesuai aturan. Nantinya Mendikbud akan memilih salah satu dari empat Pembantu Rektor Unnes yakni Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik (PR I) Dr. Agus Wahyudin, PR II Dr. Wahyono MM, PR III Prof. Dr. Masrukhi dan PR IV Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman untuk menjadi rektor definitif,” kata Dirjen Dikti.

 

 

Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman ditetapkan sebagai Rektor Unnes oleh Menteri pendidikan dan Kebudayaan M. Nuh, Rabu (5 Juni 2013). Ia melanjutkan kepemimpinan rektor sebelumnya, Prof. Dr. Sudijono Sastroatmodjo yang mengundurkan diri per 11 April 2013.
