Rektor UNNES: FE teruslah Berprestasi di Era Disrupsi

Fakultas Ekonomi dianggap memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan Pilar Universitas. Hal tersebut disampaikan Rektor UNNES, Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman, MHum, saat hadir dalam rapat kerja tahunan Fakultas Ekonomi tahun 2018 pada Senin (19/2) .

Menurutnya, dalam era disrupsi, semua orang harus bersama sama mendukung visi misi organisasi dan bersemangat berprestasi.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Rektor menyatakan ikut bangga dengan sistem tata kelola yang adaptif dan responsive dari FE.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Rektor UNNES juga memaparkan tentang Pemantapan Kinerja Unnes di Tahun Internasionalisasi dan Tahun Mandiri menyambut Era Disrupsi.

“Semangat FE dalam menopang kekuatan UNNES harus terus ditingkatkan.” Rektor menambahkan.

Tidak hanya memotivasi segenap warga FE untuk bersemangat berprestasi, namun beliau juga mengingatkan tentang pentingnya publikasi international sebagaimana arahan dari Kemristekdikti. Setiap dosen harus melakukan publikasi dalam jurnal internasional yang memiliki impact factor (scopus) dan memiliki akun SINTA.

Berdasarkan data kemristekdikti, UNNES merupakan Perguruan Tinggi Terbaik 2 dengan indikator (1) target kinerja rektor dengan menteri terlampaui; (2) serapan anggaran Unnes diatas serapan anggaran Dikti/tata kelola keuangan yg baik; dan (3) Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Anggaran Unnes tepat waktu. Unnes juga masuk cluster 2 tingkat Perguruan Tinggi. Harapannya tahun depan Unnes dapat masuk cluster 1 dengan cara melakukan pengabdian berbasis riset. Karena selama ini UNNES masih berorientasi pada pengabdian berbasis komunitas. Rektor juga menegaskan akreditasi instansi A harus dapat dipertahankan sehingga tahun 2020 UNNES akan tetap mendapat akreditasi A. Salah satunya dengan kekuatan FE akan perolehan akreditasi A di semua Program Studi.

Terakhir, Rektor menyatakan bahwa di era disrupsi, universitas dibangun bukan dengan kekuatan melainkan kepercayaan dan kecepatan bergerak dalam menggapai cita cita.
