Temuan dalam riset \u00a0yang dilakukan <strong>Maryadi<\/strong>\u00a0 putra ke dua pasangan Soeparman dan Mukirah menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian motivasi kepada dosen PTS \u00a0Kopertis Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah perlu dipertahankan, namun sedapat mungkin ditingkatkan , para Pembina dosen harus memberikan peluang kepada dosen yang dibinanya untuk mengaktualisasikan\u00a0 dirinya melalui pembinaan yang efektif.(2)\u00a0 Diklat bagai dosen PTS perlu ditingkatkan, karena semakin tingi hasil diklat, semakin tinggi pula kompetensinya., untuk itu para pengelola diklat harus menyediakan sumber belajar yang memadai dari berbagai sumber belajar (3)\u00a0 Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kompetensi adalah positif.<\/p>\n<p>Hasil temuan tersebut dipaparkan Maryadi di depan Tim Penguji Program Pascasarjana UNNES yang terdiri\u00a0 atas P<strong>rof. Dr. Huzaini Usma, Prof Dr At Soegito SH MM, Prof. Dr Tri Joko Raharjo M.Pd, Dr. Ahmad Sopyan M.Pd, Prof. Dr Rasdi Eko Siswojo M.Sc dan Prof Dr Madyo Ekosusilo M.Pd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Disertasi <strong>\u201cPengaruh Motivasi, Diklat, Iklim Organisasi, Kompetensi, Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Kopertis Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 berhasil dipertahankan Maryadi\u00a0 dan dinyatakan lulus sebagai <strong>doktor ke 62 lulusan prodi Manajemen Kependidikan Unnes<\/strong><!--:--><!--:en-->High qualified lecturers are those who can provide effective teaching and learning, research, scientific work, and community services. Based on those points Maryadi conducted a research in Kopertis VI, Central Java. The results of his research were (1) motivating the lecturers in Private Universities in Kopertis VI Central Java is very important so that it has to be maintained and improved. The elder lecturers have to give chance to their fellow to actualize themselves through effective guidance (2) Education and Training centre for private universities\u2019 lecturers have to be improved because the higher the results of education and training, the higher the competence. Thus, education and training centre administrators have to provide adequate learning sources.<\/p>\n<p>Those results of research were presented by Maryadi in front of the Board of Examiners of Unnes Master Program; Prof. Dr. Huzaini Usma, Prof Dr At Soegito SH MM, Prof. Dr Tri Joko Raharjo M.Pd, Dr. Ahmad Sopyan M.Pd, Prof. Dr Rasdi Eko Siswojo M.Sc and Prof Dr Madyo Ekosusilo M.Pd.<\/p>\n<p>The dissertation entitled \u201cPengaruh Motivasi, Diklat, Iklim Organisasi, Kompetensi, Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Kopertis Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah\u201d\u00a0was presented by Maryadi.
