Dalam rangka menjawab tantangan dalam era disrupsi bertempat di Pascasarjana UNNES Sabtu, 10 April 2021 telah dilaksanakan pelatihan softs skill Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh bagi mahasiswa Doktor dan Magister Pascasarjana UNNES tahun 2020. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom dan siarkan secara langsung melalui aplikasi youtube Pascasarjana UNNES. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 926 orang peserta. Direktur Pascasarjana UNNES Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum menyampaikan bahwa pelatihan ini dilakukan secara rutin dan pelatihan ini akan dilanjutkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa sesuai dengan program studi masing-masing. Hal ini ditujukan agar mahasiswa benar-benar memahami dan melaksanakan makna/pola-pola kepemimpinan bertumbuh yang dicetuskan oleh Rektor UNNES Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum.

Hadir sebagai pembicara pada pelatihan ini adalah Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik UNNES Prof. Dr. Zaenuri Mastur, SE, M.Si, Akt, Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan UNNES Dr. S.Martono, M.Si dan Direktur Pascasarjana UNNES Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum. Bertugas sebagai moderator yaitu Prof. Dr. Ida Zulaeha, M.Hum (Wakil Direktur Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan) dan Dr. Eko Handoyo, M.Si (Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum dan Keuangan).
Pada kesempatan ini, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum sebagai penulis buku Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh tahun 2016 menyampaikan bahwa kepemimpinan bertumbuh merupakan kesadaran, komitmen dan kompetensi menumbuhkan panggilan kepemimpinan dengan visi besar bagi perubahan. Lebih lanjut Prof. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum menyampaikan ada 5 prinsip Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh yaitu menumbuhkan benih kepemimpinan, memperkuat pohon kepemimpinan, merangkai jejaring pohon kepemimpinan, pohon kuat menghadapi badai, menyemai tunas kepemimpinan baru.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof. Dr. Zaenuri Mastur, SE, M.Si, Akt, menyampaikan pentingnya memahami kepemimpinan bertumbuh dari perspektif akademik. Sebagai mahasiswa magister dan doktor diharapkan dapat mengembangkan diri agar mampu menjadi pemimpin yang menginspirasi dan mengakselerasi lingkungannya serta diharapkan kuliah tepat waktu dan memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif yang baik.

Selanjutnya Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan menyampaikan 8 langkah membangun karir yaitu: a) menetapkan tujuan/sasaran karir; b) skala prioritas; c) bergaul dan membangun jejaring; d) meningkatkan rasa percaya diri; e) meningkatkan potensi diri; f) mengikuti trend dan memprediksi trend yang akan muncul; g) dukungan orang terdekat; dan h) bahagia.

Direktur Pascasarjana UNNES Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum menyampaikan tentang kepemimpinan fasilitasi merupakan model yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai kepemimpinan bertumbuh. Pemimpin menyediakan semua fasilitas agar kegiatan yang dicanangkan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Praktif kepemimpinan fasilitasi adalah dengan menetapkan tujuan, komitmen yang menginspirasi, dan pengembangan kapasitas.


In order to answer the challenges in the era of disruption at the Postgraduate of UNNES, Saturday April 10th, 2021, The Soft Skills Training: Growing Leadership was carried out for UNNES Doctoral and Masters students in 2020. The training was conducted online through the Zoom application and broadcasted directly on the Postgraduate’s YouTube channel. This training was attended by 926 participants. The Director of Postgraduate UNNES, Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum, said that this training is carried out regularly and this training will be continued with public service by students in accordance with their respective study programs. This is intended to make students really understand and carry out the meaning / growing leadership’s patterns that were initiated by the Rector of UNNES, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum.

This training presented Rector of Universitas Negeri Semarang, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum, Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zaenuri Mastur, SE, M.Si, Akt, Vice Rector of Finance and General Administration, Dr.S.Martono, M.Si and the Director of Postgraduate UNNES, Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum. In this event, the moderators are Prof. Dr. Ida Zulaeha, M.Hum (Vice Director of Academic and Student Affairs) and Dr. Eko Handoyo, M.Si (Vice Director of Finance and General Administration).
In this occasion, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum as the author of “Growing Leadership” book in the 2016 said that growing leadership is an awareness, commitment and competence to foster a leadership call with a big vision for change. Furthermore, Prof. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum said that there are 5 principles of Growing Leadership. There are growing the seeds of leadership, strengthening the leadership tree, assembling a network of leadership trees, strong trees facing storms, raising a new leadership shoots.

The Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Zaenuri Mastur, SE, M.Si, Akt, conveyed the importance of understanding growing leadership from an academic perspective. As master and doctoral students, they are expected to develop themselves so that they are able to become leaders who inspire and accelerate their environment and are expected to study on time and have a good Grade Point Average.

Furthermore, the Vice Rector of Finance and General Administration conveyed 8 steps to build a career, namely: a) setting career goals / targets; b) priority scale; c) socialize and build networks; d) increase self-confidence; e) increase self-potential; f) following the trend and predicting the trend that will emerge; g) support from those closest to you; and h) happy.

The Director of Postgraduate UNNES Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, M.Hum said that the facilitation leadership is a model that can be used to achieve growing leadership. The leader provides all the facilities so that the activities that are arranged can run well. The facilitating leadership realization involves setting goals, inspiring commitments, and building capacity.
