Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melaunching Buku Kerja Harian Pegawai Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang di gedung Pascasarjana ruang B.104 pada pukul 08.00 WIB hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Wakil Direktur Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum dan Keuangan, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha, Kepala Sub Bagian dan seluruh Tenaga Kependidikan di lingkungan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang.
Buku Kerja Harian Pegawai Pascasarjana merupakan buku penghubung antara pegawai dengan atasan langsung dan pegawai dengan Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai (SINIKE). Aktifitas dan kinerja pegawai setiap hari dicatat dalam buku harian pegawai sehingga diharapkan mempermudah pegawai dalam pengisian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP).
Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha Pascasarjana Tugiman Susyanto, S.Pd. menyampaikan pada tahun 2020 Pegawai Pascasarjana harus sudah mulai mengisi Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai Tahun 2020 yang nanti dijadikan dasar dalam penyusunan perjanjian kinerja antara atasan langsung dan staf di unit kerja masing-masing, Tugiman Susyanto, S.Pd. juga mengingatkan kepada seluruh pegawai untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan, aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan, serta wajib mengikuti apel pagi setiap hari Senin dan senam pada hari Jumat Pukul 07.00 WIB.
Wakil Direktur Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Dr. Eko Handoyo, M.Si. dalam pengarahannya menyampaikan, bahwa Buku Harian Pegawai Pascasarjana ini adalah kebijakan internal di Pascasarjana, “Saya mencatat untuk mengecek dan evaluasi”, diharapkan tenaga kependidikan juga senantiasa mencatat dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja masing-masing.
Selanjutnya kegiatan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai dan Tata cara pengisian Buku Harian Pegawai Pascasarjana oleh Heru Dwi Prasetya, S.H., M.H. dilanjutkan penyegaran materi Pengisian SPT Tahunan dan LHKPN/LHKSN oleh Slamet Kafrawi, SE.Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) had launched the logbook (Buku Kerja Harian Pegawai) of Pascasarjana officers’ in B.104 room at 08.00 am and it is attended by the Vice Director of Academic and Student Affairs, the Vice Director of Finance and General Administration, the Head of Administration, the Head of Sub-Divisions and all the officers of Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang.
This book is a liaison book between officers and direct supervisors and employees with the Employee Performance Evaluation System / Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai (SINIKE). The officers’ activities and performance are recorded every day in this logbook so that it is expected to make it easier for them to fill in the Officers’ Performance Goals / Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP).
The Head of Postgraduate Administration, Tugiman Susyanto, S.Pd, stated that in 2020 Postgraduate officers have to fill the 2020 Officers’ Performance Targets which will be used as the basis for drafting performance agreements between direct supervisors and staff in their sub-respective unit. He also reminded all officers to improve discipline, be active in various activities, and take part in the every morning briefing on Monday and gymnastics on Friday at 07.00 am.
The Vice Director of Finance and General Administration, Dr. Eko Handoyo, M.Sc. in this occasion said that this logbook is an internal policy in Postgraduate. He said, “I take notes to check and evaluate” and it is hoped that the education staff will also keep recording and evaluating in each other’s performance.
Furthermore, the activity was continued with the socialization of Officer’s Performance Targets and the Procedure to write the Logbook of Pascasarjana Officers by Heru Dwi Prasetya, S.H., M.H. Then, the next section was recalling on Annual Tax Returns and Reports on Assets of State Officials (LHKPN) / Reports on Assets of Civil Servants (LHKASN) materials by Slamet Kafrawi, SE.
