Winarno, S.Sos., M.M. raih gelar doktor pendidikan, belum lama ini di kampus Kelud Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes). Doktor program studi Manajemen Pendidikan ini mempertahankan disertasi “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tenaga Pendidik, Iklim Akademik, dan Pola Penugasan terhadap Kepuasan Layanan Pengasuhan Siswa Secaba Rindam IX Udayana Tabanan Bali”.

Ia di bimbing promotor Prof. Dr. Joko Widodo, M.Pd., kopromotor Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum., dan anggota promotor Dr. Titi Prihatin, M.Pd. Winarno mengungkapkan, keberhasilan pendidikan di Sekolah Calon Bintara Resimen Induk Komando Daerah (Secaba Rindam) IX Udayana Tabanan Bali ditentukan kepemimpinan tenaga pendidik, iklim akademik yang kondusif, dan pola penugasan.

Menurutnya, ketiga komponen dapat dirasakan jika dapat memberikan kepuasan dan menciptakan siswa yang bermutu serta bemanfaat. “Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan aksi nyata dan menyeluruh dengan mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan tenaga pendidik, iklim akademik dan pola penugasan terhadap kepuasan layanan pengasuhan di Secaba Rindam IX Udayana Tabanan Bali,” jelasnya.

Ketika diujikan, ketiga komponen tersebut rata-rata berada pada angka 3. Ini menunjukkan, kepemimpinan tenaga pendidik, iklim akademik, pola penugasan, dan kepuasan layanan pengasuhan dengan indikatornya dapat diterima dengan baik oleh siswa.

Hasilnya, kepemimpinan tenaga pendidik, iklim akademik, dan pola penugasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan layanan pengasuhan. Selain itu, pengaruh kepemimpinan tenaga pendidik lebih efektif secara langsung terhadap kepuasan layanan pengasuhan. Sedangkan pola penugasan mampu memediasi pengaruh iklim akademik terhadap kepuasan layanan pengasuhan., meski pengaruhnya relatif rendah.

Winarno merekomendasikan lembaga pendidikan membentuk kendali mutu akademik guna melakukan evaluasi sesuai visi kegiatan dan misi lembaga. Selain itu, tenaga pendidik diharap bersiap untuk menghadapi berbagai karakteristik siswa, mengembangkan suasana pendidikan aktif dan kreatif, serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran pada berbagai aspek. “Salah satu tindakan nyata, yakni dengan memberikan pola penugasan struktur kepada siswa,” katanya.
