Jum’at  Pahing, 31 Agustus Tujuan pendidikan di TK berbeda dengan tujuan pendidikan di sekolah, hal ini berdampak pada perbedaan tugas guru TK. Demikian pula dalam menilai kinerja guru TK diperlukan instrument penilaian guru yang berbeda dengan penilaian kinerja guru sekolah. Ungkap Darsinah di depan tim penguji Disertasi Program Studi manajemen Pendidikan Program Pascasarjana Unnes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendapatkan dan mengkaji instrument penilaian kinerja guru TK faktual, (2) menghasilkan model instrumen penilian kinerja guru TK hipotetik, (3) menghasilkan model instrument penilian kinerja guru TK pengembangan, dan (4) menguji efektivitas model instrument penilaian kinerja guru TK pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) , tambah dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Disertasi dengan judul “Pengembangan Model Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Guru TK di Kota Surakarta “ berhasil dipertahankan di depan tim penguji yang terdiri dari Promotor Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd. Kons., Kopromotor Prof. Dr. Tri Joko Raharjo, M.Pd., Penguji Luar  Prof. Dr. Trisno Martono, M.Pd.’ dan Penguji Dalam Prof. Dr. Joko Wididi, M.Pd. dengan hasil ipk 3,78 dan berhak menyandang Doktor ke 115 lulusan Unnes dengan predikat “sangat memuaskan” Anak ke delapan dari Bapak-Ibu  Harjokasmo sebagai Doktor ke 86 lulusan Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Unnes.The different purpose of education in each kindergarten, affects the difference assignment  given to kindergarten teacher. Similarly, in assessing the performance of kindergarten teacher, the assessment instrument required a different pattern comparing with the assessment for primary and secondary teacher performance.

Darsinah said in front of examiners  of her Dissertation Program of Management Education Postraduate Program of Unnes, “The purpose of this study are (1) obtaining and reviewing the performance appraisal instrument factual kindergarten teacher, (2) creating the instruments of judging the performance of a hypothetical kindergarten teacher, (3) produce a model of judging performance instrument kindergarten teacher development, and (4) test the effectiveness of the model assessment instrument kindergarten teacher performance development”.

“This research used  Research and Development (R & D) approach”, added lecturer of  Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta.

Dissertation titled “Development of Model Kindergarten Teacher Performance Assessment Instruments in Surakarta” successfully defended in front of examiners consisting of:

  1. Promoter: Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd. Kons.;
  2. Vice Promoter: Prof. Dr. Tri Joko Raharjo, M.Pd.;
  3. Foreign Examiners: Prof. Dr. Trisno Martono, M.Pd.; and
  4. Examiners : Prof. Dr. Joko Wididi, M.Pd.

The results of GPA 3.78 and entitled to 115th PhD graduates of Unnes with “very satisfactory” predicate. This eight children of Mr Harjokasmo, got the predicate o 86th Doctoral graduates from Education Management Postgraduate Program of Unnes.
