Kamis Legi 30 Agustus , Pangan dan gizi merupakan dimensi penting dalam keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa, khususnya yang terkait dengan peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia. Pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia ( SDM ) berkaitan dengan banyak faktor, salah satu diantaranya adalah faktor gizi. Lebih dari 50% ibu-ibu hamil menderita anemia gizi besi, yaitu anemia karena kekurangan zat besi , asam folat dan vitamin B12. Anemia gizi  masih merupakan salah satu masalah gizi utama di Indonesia, disamping tiga masalah gizi yang lain, yaitu kekurangan energy protein, kekurangan Zat yodium dan kekurangan vitamin A. “ Hal itu diungkapkan Atiek Zahrulianingdyah di depan sidang Ujian terbuka Doktor Managemen Pendidikan PPS Unnes.
Disampaikan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Mendiskripsikan model faktual pengorganisasian pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi berbasis masyarakat yang dapat mengatasi anemia gizi besi pada ibu-ibu usia produkstif di desa Mangli Kec. Kaliangkrik. (2) Menemukan model pengembangan pengorganisasian pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi berbasis masyarakat yang dapat mengatasi anemia gizi besi pada ibu- ibu usia produktif  dan (3) menguji keefektifan model pengorganisasian pendidikan dan pelatihan gizi.
Anak ke dua dari sebelas bersaudara putra dari bapak H. Muslich Rizza, BA (alm) dan Ibu Hj. Mundjiati (alm) berhasil mempertahankan disertasi dengan judul “Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Gizi berbasis Masyarakat Untuk Mengatasi Anemia Gizi Besi Pada Ibu-Ibu Usia Produktif” dan  dinyatakan lulus oleh tim penguji yang terdiri dari Promotor Prof. Dr. Maman Rachman, M.Sc., Kopromotor Prof. Dr. Hamam Hadi, M.S., Sc.D., Sp.Gk., Penguji Luar Prof. Dr. Slameto, M.Pd., Penguji Dalam, Prof.Dr. Haryono, M.Pd. dengan predikat “ Sangat Memuaskan”  sebagai Doktor ke 114 lulusan Unnes dan Doktor ke 85 Lulusan Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Unnes.Food and nutrition is an important dimension to develop a nation, particularly with regard to improving the quality of human life. Human Resource Development (HRD) related to many factors, one of them is nutritional factors. More than 50% of pregnant women suffer from anemia of iron, deficiency anemia is iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. Nutritional anemia is still one of the major nutritional problems in Indonesia, in addition to three other nutritional problems, namely protein energy deficiency, iodine deficiency and vitamin deficiencies Substance A. “It was revealed in court Zahrulianingdyah hissing open examination Doctoral Education Management Program of PPS Unnes.

She  also announced that the purpose of the study were:

  1. Describing the factual model of organizing education and training of community-based nutrition to overcome the iron nutritional anemia in women in the productive age at Mangli village district. Kaliangkrik.
  2. Finding the organizational development model based nutrition education and training community to overcome the iron nutritional anemia in women of reproductive age, and
  3. Testing the effectiveness of the model of organizing education and training in nutrition.

The second child of eleven children of Mr. H. Muslich Rizza, BA and Mrs. Hj. Mundjiati was successfully defended her dissertation entitled “Nutrition Education and Training Community Based Nutrition To Overcome Anemia In the Iron Age Earning Mothers’ and declared passed by the test team consisting of

  1. Promoter: Prof. Dr. Maman Rachman, M.Sc.,
  2. Vice Promoter: Prof. Dr. Hamam Hadi, MS, Sc.D., Sp.Gk.,
  3. Foreign Examiners: Prof Dr. Slameto, M.Pd.,
  4. the Examiner, Prof. Haryono, M.Pd.

She got a “Very Satisfactory” as the 114th Doctor who graduated from Unnes and 85th graduated from Management Education Program of Unnes.
