Kamis Legi, 30 Agustus Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model penyelenggaraan akreditasi, dimulai dengan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model faktual, mengembangkan menjadi model hipotetik dan divalidasi  menjadi model final yang dapat mengembangkan komitmen internal secara inheren pengelola sekolah, menggambarkan hasil kinerja sekolah secara utuh, sekaligus dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pembinaan sekolah.
Hal tersebut disampaikan   Soedjono dalam ujian promosi doktor di Gedung Pascasarjana Unnes , “Model faktual penyelenggaraan akreditasi sekolah Menengah Atas di kota Semarang masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan , diantaranya (a) persiapan yang hanya mengupayakan pemenuhan poin-poin akreditasi. (b) persiapan yang terpisah dengan proses manajemen di sekolah. (c) pelaksanaan yang menghadapai pengkondisian di sekolah (d) asesor yang hanya melakukan penggalian data kuantitatif, (e) waktu pelaksanaan yang sangat terbatas, (f) beluim ditindaklanjuti secara optimal oleh seluruh warga sekolah dalam rangka perbaikan kinerja, dan (g) belum menjadi prioritas perencanaan pendidikan di instansi vertical maupun institusi horizontal, sehingga hasil akreditasi belum mencerminkan kinerja dan belum berdampak terhadap perubahan kerja sekolah”.ungkapnya, kemarin.
Disertasi dengan judul “Model Penyelenggaraan Akreditasi SMA di Kota Semarang” berhasil dipertahankan di depan tim penguji yang terdiri  dari  Promotor Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd. Kons., Kopromotor Prof. Dr. Samsudi, M.Pd., Penguji Luar, Prof. Dr. Slameto, M.Pd., dan Penguji Dalam, Prof.Dr. Rasdi Ekosiswoyo, M.Sc. dan dinyatakan lulus dengan predikan Dengan Pujian sebagai doctor ke 113 lulusan Unnes dan doctor ke 84 lulusan Prodi manajemen Pendidikan Unnes dengan masas studi 3 tahun.The purpose of this study was to develop a model accreditation team. It begins by describing and analyzing factual models, developing a validated model of the hypothetical into the final model to develop internal commitment inherently by the school administrators, describing the results of the performance of the school as a whole, as well as referencing the school building.

It  was shown at promotional exam of Soedjono, in his Doctoral Exam held at Postgraduate Program Building of Unnes, entitled  “Factual Model of Secondary school accreditation organization in Semarang”. There are some drawbacks, including:

  1. Preparation which only seek fulfillment accreditation points.
  2. Preparation of a separate management process in schools.
  3. The implementation of a face conditioning in school
  4. Assessors were just digging quantitative data,
  5. The implementation of it in a very limited time,
  6. It has not optimally followed by the entire school community in order to improve performance yet, and
  7. It has not been priorities in education planning agency vertical or horizontal institution

 

Thus, the results do not reflect the performance of accreditation and have an impact on changes in school work, ” he said yesterday.

Dissertation entitled “Implementation of the Accreditation Model High School in Semarang” was successfully defended in front of examiners consisting of

  1. Promoter: Prof. Dr. DYP. Sugiharto, M.Pd. Kons.,
  2. Vice promoter: Prof. Dr. Samsudi, M.Pd.,
  3. Foreign Examiners: Prof. Dr. Slameto, M.Pd., and
  4. Examiner: Prof. Dr. Rasdi Ekosiswoyo, M.Sc.

He was passed with  Praise Predicate the doctor to 113 graduate and doctoral Unnes Prodi to 84 graduate management education Masas Unnes with 3-year study.
