Hasil Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang Program Magister dan Doktor Gelombang II Tahun 2012The Selection of Master And Doctoral Program of Semarang State University Phase 2nd Academic Year 2012

Sesuai Pengumuman Rektor Unnes Nomor 6429/UN37/DT/2012 Tanggal 27 Juli 2012 tentang Hasil Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (SPMU) Program Magister dan Doktor Gelombang II Tahun 2012, telah ditetapkan daftar peserta yang lolos SPMU PPs Unnes Gelombang II tahun 2012. Hasil SPMU PPs Unnes ini dapat di akses secara Online Melalui laman http://spmu.unnes.ac.id pada tanggal 27 Juli 2012 mulai pukul 07:00 pada menu Pengumuman Hasil SPMU PPs Gel.2 dengan mengetikkan Nomor Tes pada kolom yang telah disediakan —–>link Klik di sini.

Selanjutnya bagi yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi dapat dinyatakan diterima sebagai calon mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun 2012, setelah melaksanakan rangkaian kegiatan sebagai berikut:

A.     PEMBAYARAN BIAYA PENDIDIKAN DAN REGISTRASI ONLINE

1. Selain penerima beasiswa dari Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan,  membayar SPP, Sarana Pendidikan, Iuran Kemahasiswaan, Biaya Operasional dan Sumbangan Pengembangan Lembaga (rincian dalam Lampiran II) mulai tanggal 30 Juli 2012 s.d. 3 Agustus 2012 melalui  Bank BRI, di seluruh Indonesia dengan cara membayar langsung melalui teller dengan menunjukkan Kartu Peserta SPMU 2012.
2. Melaksanakan registrasi secara online melalui website registrasi dengan alamat: http://registrasi.unnes.ac.id mulai tanggal 31 Juli 2012 s.d. 5 Agustus 2012 dengan syarat telah melunasi biaya pendidikan.
3. Mencetak Formulir Registrasi dan Surat Pernyataan Menaati Peraturan dari website http://registrasi.unnes.ac.id

B.   VERIFIKASI REGISTRASI/LAPOR DIRI

1. Setelah melaksanakan registrasi online, calon mahasiswa baru diwajibkan untuk melakukan verifikasi registrasi/lapor diri yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2012 mulai pukul 08.00 s.d. 16.00 WIB di Gedung Auditorium Unnes Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati Semarang. Adapun berkas yang WAJIB diserahkan pada saat verifikasi registrasi/lapor diri adalah:

• Kartu Tanda Peserta SPMU 2012;
• Bukti Cetakan Formulir Registrasi yang telah ditempeli pasfoto berwarna ukuran 3×4 cm;
• Surat Pernyataan Menaati Peraturan yang telah ditandatangani di atas materai Rp 6000;
• Bukti setor lunas biaya pendidikan dari Bank;
• Fotokopi KTP/SIM;
• Fotokopi ijazah terakhir yang sudah dilegalisir.

2. Bagi calon mahasiswa yang mendapatkan beasiswa dari Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, pelaksanaan verifikasi/lapor diri menunggu pengumuman lebih lanjut dari Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.

C.   PEMBATALAN

1. Penerimaan sebagai mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang dinyatakan batal apabila calon tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan tersebut di atas.
2. Uang yang telah dibayarkan tidak dapat ditarik kembali apabila peserta mengundurkan diri sebagai mahasiswa

D.   KEGIATAN MAHASISWA BARU

1. Matrikulasi dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 7 Agustus 2012 (jadwal menyusul), sedangkan bagi calon mahasiswa penerima beasiswa dari Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pelaksanaan matrikulasi menunggu pengumumuman lebih lanjut.
2. Orientasi Studi dan Stadium General bagi mahasiswa baru PPs Unnes dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2012 (jadwal menyusul).
3. Khusus Program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia (S3 dan S2)  dan Program Studi Pendidikan Seni (S2), untuk kegiatan Matrikulasi dan Orientasi Studi mengikuti kalender akademik di FBS Unnes.
4. Perkuliahan semester gasal 2012/2013 dimulai  tanggal 3 September  2012 (jadwal menyusul).

E.   LAIN – LAIN

1. Jadwal perkuliahan, pengisian dan pencetakan KRS (tidak boleh diwakilkan), dan pembagian rombel diumumkan melalui website http://akademik.unnes.ac.id dan http://localhost/pps2
2. Calon mahasiswa dimohon untuk selalu melihat informasi terbaru pada website http://localhost/pps2 dan http://spmu.unnes.ac.id

Based on the decree of Unnes Rector Number 6429/UN37/DT/2012, dated 27th of July 2012 about the selection of master and doctoral degree of Semarang State University Phase II Academic Year 2012, has decreed those who were accepted.

The announcement can be accessed in http://spmu.unnes.ac.id from 27th of July 2012 from 7 a.m  on menu The Announcement of Master and Doctoral Selection Phase II by typing your registration number on the row given ____ click the link. Then, for those who were accepted have to follow this events:

A. ONLINE EDUCATION AND REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

1. In addition to receiving a scholarship from the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel Directorate General of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, you have to pay tuition, Educational Facilities, Student Fees, Operating Costs and Institutional Development Contribution (details in Appendix II) began in  30 of July 2012 up to 3 of August  2012 by BRI Bank in all branches of  Indonesia by paying directly through teller with a show card participants SPMU 2012.
2. Implementing online registration via the registration website at: http://registrasi.unnes.ac.id starting on July 31, 2012 till August 5, 2012 with the condition have paid tuition fees.
3. Print the Registration Form and Comply with Regulation Statement of websitehttp :/ / registrasi.unnes.ac.id

B. VERIFICATION OF REGISTRATION / SELF Report

1. After implementing online registration, new students are required to verify registration / report themselves which will be held on August 6, 2012 from 8 a.m till 4 p.m in the Auditorium Building of Campus Unnes Sekaran Gunungpati Semarang. The file which MUST BE SUBMITTED during registration verification / self report are:

• SPMU Participant Identification Card 2012;
• Evidence of mold that had attached Registration Form colored passport size 3 × 4 cm;
• Comply with Regulations Statement has been signed on the stamp Rp 6000;
• Evidence of deposit paid tuition fees of the Bank;
• Copy of ID / SIM;
• Copy the last diploma sertivicate which was legalized.

1. For the candidate of students who received a scholarship from the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel of Directorate General of Secondary Education Ministry of Education and Culture, the verification / reporting themselves awaiting further announcements from the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel Directorate General of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture.

C. CANCELLATION

1. Acceptance as a student at the State University of Semarang shall be canceled if the candidate does not meet the terms and conditions mentioned above.
2. Amount paid can not be reimbursed if the participant resigns as student

D. EVENTS FOR FRESHMEN

1. Matriculation held from August 7, 2012 (following the schedule), whereas for prospective scholarship students from the Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel Directorate General of Secondary Education Ministry of Education and Culture of the implementation of matriculation  will be announced later.
2. Studies and General Orientation for new students PPs Unnes conducted in September 2012 (following the schedule).
3. Special for Master and Doctoral Program of English and Bahasa Indonesia Education, and Master Program of Art Education, the matriculation will be announced at Academic Calendar of Languages and Arts Faculty.
4. Lectures odd semester of 2012/2013 started on 3 September 2012 (following the schedule).

E. OTHER INFORMATIONS

1. Schedule of lectures, filling and printing KRS (not to be represented), and the division of study group will be announced via the website http://localhost/pps2 http:/ and /akademik.unnes.ac.id
