Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (PPs Unnes), di tahun 2012 ditugasi oleh Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Menengah (Dit. P2TK Dikmen), Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk menyelenggarakan perkuliahan Program Magister (S2) Kepengawasan Sekolah khusus bagi pengawas sekolah dan calon pengawas sekolah (kepala sekolah/guru) jenjang pendidikan menengah yang berdomisili di propinsi Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali, NTB dan NTT.  Program ini masuk dalam konsentrasi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan (Administrasi Pendidikan). 

Program Magister Kepengawasan Sekolah merupakan Program Peningkatan Kualifikasi Strata 2 (S2) yang dibiayai secara penuh (beasiswa penuh) dari Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Menengah (Dit. P2TK Dikmen), Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan khusus bagi pengawas sekolah dan calon pengawas sekolah (kepala sekolah/guru) jenjang pendidikan menengah.

Ketentuan Pendaftaran Program Beasiswa Peningkatan Kualifikasi Strata Dua (S2) Kepengawasan Sekolah adalah sebagai berikut:

  1. Pendaftaran dan pengiriman berkas peserta dikirim paling lambat tanggal 15 Juni 2012.
  2. Persyaratan pendaftaran peserta:
    • Pengawas atau calon pengawas (guru atau kepala sekolah yang akan diproyeksikan menjadi pengawas sekolah) sekolah/madrasah pendidikan menengah berstatus PNS, dibuktikan dengan fotocopy SK pengangkatan terakhir.
    • Berusia maksimal 50 tahun untuk Pengawas Sekolah pada bulan Juni 2012, sedangkan bagi calon pengawas berusia maksimal 48 tahun, dibuktikan dengan fotocopy KTP/SIM.
    • Mengisi formulir pendaftaran (dapat diunduh disini);
    • Fotocopy Ijazah S1 (dilegalisir);
    • Transkrip nilai S1 dengan IPK minimal 2,75;
    • Pasfoto berwarna ukuran (4 x 6) sebanyak 3 lembar;
    • Surat keterangan sehat dari dokter;
    • Fotocopy KTP;
    • Fotocopy sertifikat kursus bahasa inggris atau bukti kemampuan bahasa Inggris lainnya (TOEFL, TOEIC dll);
    • Surat ijin mengikuti seleksi dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota setempat;
    • Surat keterangan dari BKD yang menyatakan bahwa apabila yang bersangkutan lulus seleksi administrasi dan seleksi tertulis maka yang bersangkutan diizinkan untuk mengikuti perkuliahan.
  3. Syarat-syarat pendaftaran pada point 2 (dua) di scan dan dikirim ke alamat email [email protected] dan [email protected] dan [email protected]
  4. PPs Unnes menerima pendaftaran khusus untuk peserta dari wilayah Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali, NTB dan NTT.
  5. Pelaksanaan seleksi tertulis dan wawancara akan dilaksanakan antara tanggal 2 Juli 2012, bertempat di PPs Unnes (surat undangan menyusul bagi peserta yang lulus seleksi administrasi).
  6. Pengumuman seleksi tanggal 27 Juli 2012;
  7. Bagi peserta yang lulus seleksi tertulis dan wawancara harus mendaftar online di http://spmu.unnes.ac.id sebelum tanggal 13 Juli 2012 (Prosedur pendaftaran lihat pada menu pendaftaran) dan menyerahkan Surat ijin belajar dari Badan Kepegawaian Daerah setempat ke PPs Unnes;
  8. Apabila peserta yang sudah diterima Universitas mengundurkan diri maka yang bersangkutan wajib mengembalikan semua dana yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh negara untuk dikembalikan ke kas negara.

Postgraduate Program Semarang State University (PPs Unnes), in 2012 is assigned by Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel for Secondary Education (Dit. P2TK Dikmen), Directorate General for Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture to conduct teaching and learning process for School Supervisor Magister Program specifically for school supervisor and the candidates of supervisor (headmasters/teachers) for secondary education in Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, NTB and NTT.  The program is included in concentration of Education Management Master Program (Education Administration).

 

School Supervisor Magister Program is a qualification improvement program for master funded fully by (full scholarship)  Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel for Secondary Education (Dit. P2TK Dikmen) Directorate General for Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture to conduct teaching and learning process for School Supervisor Magister Program specifically for school supervisor and the candidates of supervisor (headmasters/teachers) for secondary education.

Registration provisions for the scholarship program are:

  1. Deadline for document submission and registration is 15 June 2012.
  2. Registration pre-requisites:
  • Supervisor or supervisor candidate (teacher or headmaster nominated for school supervisor) of secondary education with the civil servant status, proved by photocopy of decree the recent appointment.
  • Maximum 50 years old for School Supervisor in June 2012, meanwhile for supervisor candidate is max 48 years old, proved by the photocopy of personal identification/driving license.
  • Fill in the registration form (can be downloaded here);
  • Photocopy of Bachelor Certificate (legalized);
  • Bachelor Grade Transcript with min GPA 2.75;
  • 3 colored (4 x 6) photographs;
  • Health certificate from doctor;
  • Photocopy of personal id;
  • Photocopy of English course certificate or English proficiency certificates (TOEFL, TOEIC, etc);
  • Permit letter to join the selection from District/City Education Office;
  • Reference from BKD stating if the candidate passes the administrative selection and written test, the candidate has a permit to attend the teaching learning process.
  1. Prerequisites on point 2 (two) must be scanned and sent to [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]
  2. PPs Unnes accepts the special registration from Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, NTB and NTT.
  3. The written test and interview will be held approximately on 2 July 2012, in PPs Unnes (the invitation will be sent soon for the participants who pass the administrative test).
  4. Result Announcement is on 27 July 2012;
  5. For participants who pass the written test and interview must register online at http://spmu.unnes.ac.id before 13 July 2012 (the registration procedure can be accessed on the registration menu) and submit the permit letter from BKD to PPs Unnes;
  6. If the participants resign, the fund must be returned to the state treasury.
