Direktorat Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Ditjen Dikti akan memberikan bantuan penyelesaian studi bagi Mahasiswa Penerima BPPS Program Doktor (S3) angkatan 2009 dan angkatan 2008 yang belum mendapatkan bantuan penyelesaian studi yang bekeraja sebagai Dosen baik PTN/PTS dibawah lingkungan Kemendikbud yang belum menyelesaikan masa studinya di tahun 2012. Syarat utama untuk memperoleh bantuan studi ini adalah mahasiswa tersebut harus aktif dalam kegiatan seminar dan atau publish jurnal ilmiah.

Dalam rangka menghimpun data keaktifan dalam kegiatan seminar dan atau publish jurnal ilmiah, Dikti mewajibkan kepada masing-masing penerima BPPS Program Doktor (S3) sebagaimana dimaksud diatas agar segera melaporkan  selama dua minggu kedepan (terakhir 14 Juni 2012) tentang kegiatan seminar dan publish Jurnal Ilmiah yang sudah dilakukan tersebut secara online melalui http://studi.dikti.go.id.

Dari hasil laporan yang dinputkan tersebut Dikti akan mempunyai acuan siapa-siapa saja yang dianggap aktif dalam kegiatan seminar dan publish jurnal ilmiah dalam rangka penentuan penerima bantuan penyelesaian studi.

Adapun langkah-langkah menginput kegiatan seminar dan publish jurnal ilmiah adalah sebagai berikut:

 1. Buka website http://studi.dikti.go.id;
 2. Login menggunakan user dan passwordnya masing-masing. Untuk mengetahui user dan Password silahkan klik disini  (demi keamanan, saran kami setelah login segera ganti password anda pada menu ubah password);
 3. Inputkan nama seminar yang pernah diikuti, peran dalam kegiatan seminar tersebut, tanggal seminar, judul makalah (bagi yang berperan sebagai pemakalah), dan status dalam penulisan makalah tersebut;
 4. Selanjutnya inputkan nama jurnal ilmiah yang pernah dipublish, Nomor ISSN, laman web, dan lain-lain.

Atas perhatiannya disampaikan terima kasih.Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel of Directorate General of Higher Education will grant the assistance for Students Receiving Doctoral Program BBPS batch 2009 and 2009 who work as lecturers in private or public universities and have not finished the study yet. The main pre-requisite to obtain the scholarship is the active participation in seminars and or scientific journal publications.

 

In order to collect the data of active participation in seminars and or scientific journal publications, Directorate of Higher Education requires students receiving BPPS Doctoral Program to report the seminars or journal publications online through  http://studi.dikti.go.id until 14 June 2012.

From the report, Directorate of Higher Education will refer to the active candidates in order to determine the students who are eligible for study completion assistance.

 

Here are the steps to input the data of seminars and journal publications:

 1. Open website http://studi.dikti.go.id;
 
 2. Login with personal user and password. To know the user and Password please Click here  (For security issue, please change your password as you login through password change menu);
 
 3. Input the seminars that have ever been attended, the role in those seminars, the date of seminars, paper title (for the presenters), and the status of paper writing;
 
 4. Next, input the name of scientific journal that has ever been published, ISSN number, webpage, and others.
