This commitment is concretely demonstrated by the documented generation of <strong>705,236 kilowatt-hours (kWh)\u2014equivalent to 2,538.8496 gigajoules (GJ)<\/strong>\u2014of solar electricity from January to December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This low-carbon energy measurement is centrally tracked through the university\u2019s myUNNES-office system. The platform recorded 239 detailed solar photovoltaic (PV) entries across 20 named locations within the campus, effectively separating solar electricity data from conventional PLN grid supply. Sixteen of these monitored locations recorded positive solar energy figures throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"519\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report-1024x519.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7369\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.9730612544500312;width:389px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report-1024x519.png 1024w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report-768x389.png 768w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report-300x152.png 300w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report-1536x778.png 1536w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2026\/10\/ss-listrik-report.png 1885w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">UNNES\u2019s electricity reporting system tracks consumption and costs across campus facilities.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on this institutional tracking, the Digital Center recorded the highest renewable energy contribution at 190,829 kWh. This was followed by the Faculty of Economics and Business administration building with 87,532 kWh, and the Rumah Ilmu Building with 72,715 kWh. Tracking at the building level allows the university to evaluate the operational efficiency of individual facilities and plan future installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By measuring and documenting its renewable energy utilization across all facilities, UNNES provides a data-driven foundation for reducing carbon emissions.
