Being a student who is able to complete their studies on time is not only a matter of academics, but also mental preparedness and self-management. This was conveyed by Prof. Dr. Heny Setyawati, M.Si., Coordinator of the POR FIK UNNES Doctoral Program, at a workshop held by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung, on December 12, 2025.
Prof. Heny emphasized the importance of mental preparedness and self-motivation. She explained that academic pressure is often a factor that causes students to delay graduation. Therefore, building mental resilience and a positive academic environment are the keys to success.
Prof. Heny’s presence at this event is expected to strengthen inter-institutional synergy and inspire the entire academic community to continue innovating, maintaining discipline, and preparing themselves so that timely graduation becomes a reality for every student.
The presence of Prof. Dr. Heny Setyawati in this workshop not only inspired students to be disciplined and prepared for their studies, but also aligned with the SDGs, particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Improving Graduate Skills and Productivity (SDG 8), and Strengthening Partnerships between Institutions (SDG 17), as part of efforts to build sustainable and quality higher education.
