Responding to the challenge of improving the quality of sports research, especially for students, the FIK UNNES Master’s and Doctoral Sports Education Study Programs held a National Seminar in a hybrid format on November 27, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his opening remarks, the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Donny Wira Yudha, Ph.D., stated that this event is part of the program and faculty’s commitment to fostering a strong and sustainable research culture. \u201cThrough this national seminar, we aim to expand academic networks and enhance students\u2019 research capabilities so they can contribute to the development of sports science in Indonesia.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through a series of scientific sessions and discussions, this seminar is expected to spark innovative research and strengthen academic networks in the field of sports education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The national seminar was most aligned with three SDGs relevant to the context of sports education and sports research, namely SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), which is reflected in the encouragement of research development in the field of sports to improve the health, fitness, and well-being of the community; SDG 4 (Quality Education) through strengthening the research capabilities of master’s and doctoral students and improving the quality of learning in higher education; and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), which is evident in academic collaboration with speakers and other institutions in order to expand scientific networks and encourage sustainable cooperation. This connection shows that national seminars not only increase the capacity of researchers, but also support UNNES’ contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
