This regulation ensures that <strong>sustainability, transparency, and ethical governance<\/strong> extend to all <strong>outsourced suppliers<\/strong>, including those providing <strong>equipment, stationery, and building contracts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulation outlines that all procurement activities within UNNES must follow the principles of <strong>efficiency, accountability, fairness, and environmental responsibility<\/strong>.
