These measures integrate regulatory enforcement, behavioral change, and conservation practices, aligning UNNES\u2019s operations with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rector\u2019s Circular Letters on Pollution Prevention and Ecosystem Restoration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/14-perlindungan-pencegahan-lingkungan-perairan-daratan-dari-pencemaran-unnes-67fc845e45321-1.pdf\"><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Circular Letter No. B\/28527\/UN37\/RT03.03.03.00\/2024<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0establishes guidelines for the\u00a0<em>Protection and Prevention of Water and Land Environments from Pollution<\/em>. It mandates:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining cleanliness in the work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper waste disposal behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimizing the use of plastic packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoiding disposal of waste into freshwater, marine, and brackish water bodies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upholding environmental awareness in all\u00a0<em>Tri Dharma<\/em>\u00a0activities (education, research, and community service)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/15-upaya-konservasi-restorasi-ekosistem-darat-laut-67fcae7c9fed3-1-1.pdf\">Circular Letter No. B\/28478\/UN37\/PA.00.00\/2024<\/a><\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0outlines\u00a0<em>Conservation and Restoration of Land and Water Ecosystems<\/em>, preventing any acts that could contribute to marine pollution. This directive ensures that UNNES\u2019s conservation mission is embedded into institutional and community practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ban on Single-Use Plastics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complementing these circulars,\u00a0<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/8816a481b60301ded349b85d81682e0e-65d85842c35bf-1-67f622bc7eedc-2.pdf\">Rector\u2019s Regulation No. 21 of 2019\u00a0<\/a><\/mark><\/strong>prohibits the use of single-use plastics across campus.
