Through the <em>Badan Optimalisasi Aset dan Bisnis<\/em> (BOAB\/Asset and Business Optimization Agency), UNNES manages dormitories not only as housing facilities but also as centers for character development, independence, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the enhancement of students\u2019 soft skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is reinforced by <a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/11-b-3677-pemanfaatan-asrama-67f7c86980147-1.pdf\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Rector\u2019s Decree Number: B\/3677\/UN37\/HK.02\/2024<\/mark><\/a> on the Designation of Student Dormitory Utilization at Universitas Negeri Semarang, which provides the legal foundation for managing and optimizing the dormitories\u2019 function as a means of student development and empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNNES currently operates five dormitory units: Asrama 1 Putri Kalisegoro, Asrama 2 PGSD Ngaliyan, Asrama 3 Putra Sekaran, Asrama 4 Internasional, and Asrama 5 Putri Patemon. These facilities accommodate students from various academic levels\u2014Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, and Doctoral\u2014who require comfortable and affordable housing near the campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond providing reliable utilities, a conducive environment, and 24-hour security, the dormitory management also implements development programs focused on character building and student achievement. These programs include leadership training, conservation-oriented behavior practices, and social and entrepreneurial activities that cultivate responsibility and self-reliance among residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe UNNES Student Dormitory serves as a rental housing complex designed to meet students\u2019 accommodation needs while enabling them to pursue academic excellence and build noble character,\u201d stated the official BOAB UNNES website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormitory registration is conducted online through the university\u2019s official portal, which provides detailed information regarding requirements, fees, and residency regulations.
