This initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions from daily commuting, and improve work-life balance for its academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flexible Work Arrangement Policy<\/strong><br>UNNES has issued <a href=\"http:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/sdgs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2025\/11\/3186259-2-1.pdf\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Circular Letter Number: B\/8587\/UN37\/EP\/2023<\/mark><\/a>, which allows lecturers and educational staff to work remotely (telecommuting) under certain conditions. In line with this, courses at UNNES are permitted to be conducted online up to four times per semester. This policy enables lecturers and students to engage in academic activities more flexibly, without the constant need for physical presence on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condensed Working Schedule<\/strong><br>In addition to remote learning, several university units have adopted a condensed working schedule to optimize work hours and reduce commuting frequency.
