The university\u2019s implementation follows the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 8153-2015 on Plumbing Systems in Buildings, which serves as the primary guideline for the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure responsible water management.<br>SNI 8153-2015 emphasizes several key aspects, including the regulation of water flow rates, the use of water-saving fixtures and fittings, leak prevention systems, and the safe discharge and treatment of wastewater. It also covers technical specifications for pipe materials, system layouts, and water pressure standards\u2014ensuring that water is distributed and used efficiently while minimizing waste.<br>By adhering to SNI 8153-2015, UNNES ensures that all campus buildings meet high standards of efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
